Applications are invited from interested and motivated candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a time bound research project for a temporary period, purely on contractual basis as per the following details.

Project Title : Probing the significance of membrane contact sites in the persistence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

Project Tenure : 3 Years

Job Description : Macrophage infection experiments, Cell biology experiments, Immunofluorescence, Western blotting, RT PCR and Cloning.
Essential Qualification : B.S. 4 years programme/B.Pharm/MBBS/lntegrated BS-MS/ MSc/ BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree, with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE test. (As per CSIR Guidelines)

Age Limit : 28 Years
Age relaxation : The upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled castes/tribes/OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates.

Fellowship : Rs.37,000/-p.m. + HRA as applicable (As per CSIR Norms)
