The Project Research Scientist will perform experiments involving production of peptide-major histocompatibility complex peptide-MHC in bacterial andor mammalian expression systems, formulation of p-MHC tetramer, T-cell activation assay both in in-vitro/in-vivo set up, cancer cell culture, animal models for different types of tumors, and synthesis of nanoparticles.

Lead the design, planning, and execution of clinical research studies, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and research protocols. Focusing on understanding of the fetal and maternal health. 

Masters degree in Life sciences or Biotechnology; Experience in 2D cell culture, stem cell science, and 3D cell culture techniques. Experience in scientific writing.

Knowledge of ASU drug standardization and analytical techniques. Handling analytical instruments like HPTLC, HPLC, etc. Drafting of scientific documents/ research articles/ technical reports etc., Working knowledge of computer applications. Master of Science M.Sc. in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry or Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences M.Pharma

As the project is in its ending phase most of labwork is completed. Hence, Good manuscript writing skills and computer knowledge with knowledge of statistical analysis is required.

Work experience in Electron Tomography, Electron Microscopy of Tissue and Cells will be preferred. Experience will be calculated from the date of award of the essential degree from the Institute, University.

Graduation in Science B. Pharm., Life science, B.Sc., Bio-Tech, zoology, botany etc., with PG diploma in Clinical Research is mandatory.

Pharm.D, MPharm, BDS, MPH, MSc Biostatistics, MSc Clinical Research, MSc Nursing Or MSc Life Science, BTech Biotechnology with Post graduate Diploma in Clinical Research

managing life sciences projects, preferably in the areas of bioprocess technology/ biotherapeutics/ biopharma. Proven track record of successfully coordinating interdisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects within scope and deadlines.
