Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Pharmacy was SVKM’s first venture into the field of health sciences.  The institute is established in the year 2004 with an intake capacity of 60 students and offers a degree course in Pharmacy which is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), Director of Technical Education (DTE) and the College is affiliated to the University of Mumbai (UoM).
Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVKM), with approval from the University of Mumbai, The Government of Maharashtra, the Directorate of Technical Education and The All India Council for Technical Education, decided to establish a benchmark-setting Pharmacy College and SVKM's Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Pharmacy was born in the year 2004. At present the College conducts Four Year B.Pharm Degree Course. The management is committed to provide the students with the necessary environment and the support for their career planning and advancement.

No. HNBGU/ADMN/Recruitment-01/2011 and 02/2011 for the post of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor under the SCHOOL of ARTS, COMMUNICATION AND LANGUAGES, HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES, COMMERCE, EARTH SCIENCES, AND IN THE DEPARTMENT OF APPLIED SCIENCES OF SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING, PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY, PROFESSOR IN MANAGEMENT AND ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN EDUCATION are also required to apply again in the prescribed application form and make payment of Rs. 50/- as re-registration fee , however they are exempted from application fee of Rs. 500/ for UR/OBC category or Rs. 300/ for SC/ST/PWD category. Last date of receiving of duly completed application form is 17.01.2014.

The Koneru Lakshmaiah Charities was established as a trust in the year 1980 with its official address at Museum road, Governorpet, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh - 520 002 and started KL College of Engineering in the Academic year 1980-81. The trust was converted into a Society by the name Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation in the year 1996. National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (NIPER), Hyderabad (Established in the year 2007) is a prestigious educational institution of national importance under the aegis of Dept. of Pharmaceutics, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India. NIPER, Hyderabad conducts courses in MS (Pharmacy) for two years in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Students are selected through a national entrance test. Research opportunities also exist for those who would like to pursue their Doctoral Degree. The Institute is mentored by CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad a leader in Chemical Technology well known all over the world.

The Centre of Biomedical Research (CBMR) at Lucknow established with aims to promote and strengthen multidisciplinary areas of research and to create opportunity for extraordinary talented scientists to research at the interface between Chemical, Biological, Medical Sciences and NMR Spectroscopy. The centre focuses research in interfacing small molecule synthesis with Biology for developing future medicines and therapies.

Shivaji University, established in 1962, is named after the Great Maratha Warrior and founder of the Maratha empire Chhatrapati Shivaji. It was inaugurated on 18th November, 1962 by Dr. Radhakrishnan, the then President of India. One of the major objectives behind foundation of this University was to cater to the regional needs of South Maharashtra. The jurisdiction of the University is spread over three districts viz.
