ABSTRACT 
A new crystal form of 10-Propargyl-10-Deazaaminopterin, form SL, was discovered which is thermodynamically stable, shows long term stability and is applicable for using in final dosage forms. Form SL was characterized by several analytical methods such as thermal analysis by DSC, IR, X-ray powder diffraction, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy), Digital optical microscopy and solubility/dissolution measurements. Active pharmaceutical ingredients should be stable during technological processes for the preparation of a final dosage form and must also remain stable during storage. The morphology of long needle and plate shaped crystals was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical microscopy. Form SL was compared to other forms of 10-Propargyl-10-Deazaaminopterin such as form A, B, C and to the amorphous form. The thermodynamic stability of form SL is supported by its long-term stability. Form SL is a pharmaceutically applicable crystal form.

ABSTRACT 
Cancer is a diseases characterized by out-of-control cell growth. There are various types of cancer, and is classified by the type of cell that is affected. Cancer harms the body when altered cells divide uncontrollably to form lumps or masses of tissue called tumors. The recent treatments include chemotherapy, radiotherapy and Surgery. But this treatment accomplished by several side effect like the destruction of bone marrow cell, alopecia etc. So there is a need for the new drug for treatment of cancer. Plant-derived chemical may act as anticancer in many studies. The Plant produces secondary metabolites which are being evaluated for the anticancer activities leading to the development of new drugs. So in this review we have study different plants which act as anticancer. And this will encourage further scientific study of traditionally used plants.

It is an institution formed to the memory of sahkar prabhodhankar late shri Gulabrao Patil by his son Shri Prithviraj Patil. ABSTRACT:
The purpose of this investigation was to enhancement of solubility of cinnarizine by using solid dispersion technique solvent evaporation method using polymer PEG 6000 & develop combination ODT of cinnarizine with domperidone by using direct compression technique using crospovidone, croscarmellose sodium and sodium starch glycolateas a superdisintegrants. The preformulation study includes the compatability of drugs with the polymers by using FTIR,UV,TLC. The batches were evaluated for weight variation, hardness, friability, drug content, wetting time, IN In-vitro dispersion, in-vitro dissolution. The formulation F2 which contain 8% crospovidone and 10 % sodium starch glycolate showed best results and rapid in-vitro dissolution. The results revealed that the tablets containing superdisintegrants combination had a good dissolution profile. The drug content of all the batches was within the acceptable limits of the United States Pharmacopoeia with maximum drug being released at all timeintervals. The present study demonstrated potentials for rapidabsorption, improved bioavailability, effective therapy and patientcompliance. The results conclusively demonstrate successful enhancement of solubility, disintegration and dissolution of the formulated tablets.
