• If, after the scrutiny of applications received for any post, the number of applications is less than 10, a merit list will be prepared based on the academic and professional qualification marking scheme.
• If, after the scrutiny of applications received, the number of applications exceeds 10, a Written Test/Skill Test will be conducted. The merit list will be prepared by aggregating the marks obtained in academic qualifications, professional qualifications, and the written test/skill test.
• Appointments to the aforementioned posts will be made by the concerned District Health Society.
Maximum age limit for selection :
The age calculation will be based on the date 01.01.2026. For candidates of all categories, the age limit shall be as follows, in accordance with Memo No. 7A/Neeti-07-11/2010-Ka 2096/Ranchi dated 25.04.2011 issued by the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha, Jharkhand:

Conditions of Selection
I. They will be engaged on a contractual basis against the approved honorarium.
II. The district-level reservation roster will apply to all the aforementioned posts.
III. The contract will be valid for one year; it may be extended on a year-to-year basis subject to requirements and the Annual Performance Appraisal.
IV. All original certificates submitted by selected candidates will be verified by the issuing institutions within three months. If any certificate is found to be invalid or fraudulent, the concerned individual's contract will be terminated with immediate effect, and legal action will be initiated against them.
V. If the performance of the contractual personnel is found to be unsatisfactory, the contract may be terminated immediately upon one month's notice.
VI. Candidates submitting CGPA scorecards for educational qualifications must also submit the CGPA conversion chart along with their mark sheets.
VII. Along with the work experience certificate, candidates must attach proof of salary payment, bank statements, and the joining letter from the institution where the experience was gained.
VIII. Applicants wishing to apply for more than one post must submit separate applications for each.
IX. Candidates shortlisted by the committee based on the advertised qualifications and eligibility criteria will be included in the subsequent stages of the selection process.
X. The decision of the District Selection Committee regarding the recruitment process shall be final and binding.
XI. The District Selection Committee, Godda, will grant final approval to the merit list.
XII. The District Selection Committee, Godda, reserves the right to amend the terms of the advertisement as deemed necessary.
XIII. Any legal disputes arising from the recruitment process shall be adjudicated exclusively within the jurisdiction of the Godda courts.
Application Process
I. Detailed information regarding the online application process will be available on the website recruitment.jharkhand.gov.in. Applicants will be able to submit their applications online exclusively via the website recruitment.jharkhand.gov.in (provided by JAP-IT, Ranchi, Jharkhand) from 06/08/2024 to 30/08/2024. Under no circumstances will applications submitted offline or by post to the office be accepted.
II. Application Fee: For each post, the application fee is ₹400 for applicants belonging to the General Category, Backward Class, Extremely Backward Class, and EWS, and ₹200 for applicants belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST). Payment must be made via the link provided on the aforementioned website.
III. It is mandatory for applicants to upload their latest passport-size colour photograph and signature as part of the online application.
IV. Along with the online application, applicants must upload self-attested copies of educational certificates, training certificates, and mark sheets. Additionally, documents required to substantiate claims for reservation such as a residential certificate and caste certificate issued by a competent authority must be uploaded. Other mandatory documents include the matriculation certificate (as proof of date of birth), a computer proficiency certificate (if applicable), and work experience certificates (including salary payment proof and bank statements).
V. Applicants are required to provide details of their Aadhaar card and upload it as proof of identity within the online application.
VI. Only one application form per post will be accepted. If more than one application is found, only the final application submitted by the candidate will be accepted, and any other applications will be automatically cancelled.
VII. Applicants must completely fill in all details requested in the online application form in accordance with the eligibility criteria.
VIII. Information regarding the date and venue of the examination, as well as other necessary details, will be provided later through daily newspapers and the district's official website : godda.nic.in.
IX. If any entry made by the candidate in the application is found to be incorrect or based on a forged certificate, the candidate's application shall be deemed automatically cancelled. No claim regarding this will be entertained, and legal action may be initiated against the applicant.
