Spectrum Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research (SIPSAR) is established in Greater Noida under the aegis of Delhi International Educational Society (IDEA). Whose founder is Mr. Sorabh Gupta. He is B. Tech and M. Tech from IIT. The society has a strong industrial base & is backed by highly qualified academicians from IIT, FMS, etc. IDEA has the vision to develop SIPSAR to international scales in time and mature it up as a platform for international industrial-linkage. The term Pharmacy is derived from the Greek word "pharmakon", meaning drug. Pharmacy is an ever growing, dynamic, highly specialized and scientific, health oriented, patient-focused and research-based section of healthcare delivery system requiring precise expertise and technical skills.

National Institute of Biologicals  an autonomous Institution under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MOHFW)-Government of India, was set up in January, 1992 to act as the national control laboratory for assuring the availability of high standard and good quality biological products for consumption in India and for exports.
