Terms and Conditions
1) The aforementioned posts are contractual and of a strictly temporary nature; the appointment shall be for a duration of 11 months and 29 days—specifically, until June 29, 2026. Furthermore, should the Government decide to discontinue these posts, the services of the candidates shall be terminated without any prior notice.
2) The posts advertised herein are not regular State Government positions but are purely contractual in nature. No right to permanent status shall accrue to the incumbent of these posts; likewise, the Government's service rules are not applicable to these positions. Furthermore, the applicant shall have no right to claim absorption into regular Government service, seek service protection from the Government, or assert any claim related thereto.
3) The applicant must be physically and mentally fit for the respective post applied for, and no criminal case or offense should be registered against the applicant.
4) A consolidated monthly honorarium shall be paid for the aforementioned contractual posts.
5) Please take note that, in the event of the selection of retired specialists or employees, the honorarium for such posts shall be calculated and disbursed in accordance with the prescribed guidelines received from the State level.
6) The number of vacancies advertised herein is subject to change, as are the specific locations of the vacancies. All rights regarding these matters are reserved by the Hon. Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dhule.
7) Preference shall be given to candidates possessing relevant experience and higher educational qualifications.
8) Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must submit a separate application for each specific post.
9) When applying for more than one post, candidates must submit their order of preference for the posts to the office along with their application, prior to the interview.
10) Postings will be allotted based on the order of preference, strictly according to the merit ranking in the selection list. If a candidate attempts to exert any undue pressure or influence regarding this matter, their selection will be cancelled.
11) As of the date of this advertisement, the maximum age limit for the said posts shall be 38 years for the Open Category and 43 years for Backward Classes.
12) The selection process for the aforementioned posts will involve a scrutiny of the received applications; a merit list will be prepared based on academic scores/qualifications, and final selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit.
13) Only work experience gained within Government institutions or under the National Health Mission will be considered during the selection process.
14) Applicants shall not be entitled to demand a change of posting location for their personal convenience during the contractual period.
15) For technical posts among those listed above—such as Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Audiologist, Specialist, etc.—it is mandatory to attach a valid registration certificate from the relevant professional council. Failure to do so will result in the candidate being disqualified from appearing for the interview.
16) All rights regarding the postponement, cancellation, or modification of this recruitment process are reserved exclusively with the Hon. Chief Executive Officer. No individual shall have the right to make any claim or challenge regarding these decisions.
17) Candidates must personally submit their applications—in the prescribed format and accompanied by attested photocopies of all necessary documents—to the National Health Mission, District Hospital Premises, Sakri Road, Dhule, between the dates of 07/04/2026 and 17/04/2026 (up to 5:00 PM), excluding public holidays.
18) Candidates appearing for the interview shall not be entitled to any travel allowance or any other allowance. Furthermore, a self-addressed envelope affixed with a postage stamp of Rs. 5/- must be attached along with the application. 18)
19) Candidates applying under the Open Category must submit a Demand Draft of Rs. 150/-, while candidates applying under the Reserved Categories must submit a Demand Draft of Rs. 100/-, drawn in favor of "District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society Dhule."
20) Candidates should take note that the final deadline for submitting applications for the aforementioned recruitment process is 17/04/2026. Subsequently, detailed information regarding the various stages—such as scrutiny of applications, publication of the selection list, receipt and disposal of objections/grievances, verification of candidates' original educational qualification documents, and the issuance of appointment orders to selected candidates—will be published from time to time on the Department's website: nhm.maharashtra.gov.in. The entire recruitment process will be conducted in strict accordance with the formal guidelines received from the Government as well as the National Health Mission (NHM). Candidates are requested not to visit the office in person to make inquiries regarding this matter.
21) Attested copies of the following essential original documents must be attached along with the application form.
1) Certificates and Mark Sheets regarding educational qualifications.
2) Caste Certificate.
3) School Leaving Certificate / Birth Date Certificate.
4) Two passport-sized photographs.
5) Certified Experience Certificate (if applicable) for service rendered in a Government sector.
6) Small Family Declaration Certificate.
7) Police Character Verification Certificate, etc. (as required).
