Job Description
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business partners, project sponsors, and project managers, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate meetings with business partners, project managers, delivery leads providing direct updates on project status, production needs, and key next steps — organized by country, indication or therapeutic area.
• Meeting Facilitation & Decision Documentation: Facilitate project meetings with content Operations/Omnichannel/GTMC teams, driving productive discussions, capturing key decisions, and updating action items accordingly.
• Project Assessment: Support business partners in assessing brief submitted by project sponsors for each new project. Identify any gaps and missing information to be collected with the sponsor.
• Project Monitoring: Oversee the delivery of complex content production projects, working closely with business partner, project managers and delivery team.
• Milestone Tracking & Risk Mitigation: Supports the project managers in monitoring critical production milestones to ensure on-time delivery. Proactively communicate any risks, blockers, or delays to relevant stakeholders and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Talent Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts, resource manager and project leads to identify skill gaps, support upskilling initiatives, and align team capabilities with evolving business needs and provide proactive recommendations as needed.
• Upskilling and Change Management: Acts as a change agent to support the transformation related to DAI VINCI program and collaborate with OMNICHANNEL capabilities and operations change management team as needed. Fosters the implementation of new ways of working and helps training business partners and project managers on new tools or processes such as JIRA.
• Team Alignment: Partner closely with business partners and project managers to ensure consistent and transparent communication, fostering alignment across all project stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
• Experience : >8 years of experience in content creation/optimization/operational excellence in medico-marketing/medical/commercial/Omnichannel domain for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry/digital platforms; 3–5 years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role; experience with GenAI/AI tools/platforms/Machine Learning platforms and incorporating these capabilities in content development/production/deployment is preferred; PMP or related certification a plus
• Soft skills : Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects at scale; strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail; stakeholder management; experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams (internal and external); strong organizational and time management skills; and ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Technical skills : Account management; Project management; Omnichannel operations; Pharma experience (including but not limited to therapeutic area/domain knowledge exposure; and/or content validation/upload/dissemination/publishing/deployment); familiarity with creative production workflows and/or agency experience is a plus; JIRA experience (including but not limited to workflow oversight); Veeva PromoMats/DAM/OneCRM/digital platforms experience is desirable
• Technical skills : Account management; Project management; Omnichannel operations; Pharma experience (including but not limited to therapeutic area/domain knowledge exposure; and/or content validation/upload/dissemination/publishing/deployment); familiarity with creative production workflows and/or agency experience is a plus; JIRA experience (including but not limited to workflow oversight); Veeva PromoMats/DAM/OneCRM/digital platforms experience is desirable
