Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the posts as per the table below on purely contractual basis for the programmes implemented under the National Urban Health Mission.

Terms and Conditions
1. a) The above mentioned post is to be filled on contractual basis for a period of 11 months 29 days.
b) A monthly lump sum will be paid for the above contractual post.
c) If the said posts are not approved in the annual National Urban Health Mission Action Plan of the Government of Maharashtra, the service of the above post will automatically terminate.
d) If the above post is approved in the annual action plan and there is satisfactory work during the first appointment period, the candidate will be eligible for re-appointment for the next 11 months 29 days.
2. The above mentioned posts are not full-time permanent posts of the State Government or M.N.P. Establishment but are purely contractual posts. There will be no right or claim regarding the rules, conditions and conditions as per the government service on the said post. Also, the government service rules are not applicable for these posts.
3. The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the concerned post and no criminal case should be registered against the applicant. A guarantee letter in this regard should be given.
4. This office reserves all rights to change the number of vacant posts in the advertisement, educational qualification, honorarium, age limit, social reservation, change in the place of appointment, change in the mentioned terms and conditions at any time and the Hon. Commissioner, Sangli Miraj and Kupwad City Reserved by the Municipal Corporation, Sangli. Candidates will not be able to object to any change in the number of posts/vacancies mentioned above as per the guidelines from time to time.
5. The number of posts in the advertisement may change. Recruitment will be made as per the number of vacancies at that time.
6. Appointment will be given in priority order based on the marks in the selection list. If any pressure is used by the candidates in this regard, the selection of the candidates will be cancelled. The selection process for the above posts will be scrutinized according to the number of applications received and a list will be prepared in order of marks and selection will be made on the basis of merit, the decision of the selection committee will be final.
7. After preparing the merit list, if two or more candidates have the same marks, the candidate whose age is older will be given preference. Also, if the marks and age of the candidates are also the same, then the candidate whose experience related to the relevant post is more will be given preference.
8. If the candidates want to apply for more than one post, they should submit a separate application and separate application for each post, but if the interview/examination is conducted at the same time, they will have to be present for any one post, the candidate concerned will be considered for that post, and absenteeism will be considered for the other post.
9. List of eligible/ineligible candidates in the selection process, information about the recruitment process Hon. It will be published on the government's website nrhm.maharashtra.gov.in and nhm.maharashtra.gov.in/ arogya.maharashtra.gov.in. No separate correspondence will be entered into with the candidates in this regard.
10. It will be mandatory for the selected candidates to join the place of appointment within 7 days from the date of receipt of the appointment order. Otherwise, their appointment order will be automatically terminated and the next candidate in the waiting list will be appointed.
11. All rights to postpone, cancel the recruitment process, change the recruitment process, change the number of posts are reserved at the level of the Hon'ble Commissioner, Sangli Miraj and Kupwad City Municipal Corporation. No claim can be made in this regard.
12. As per the government decision dated 25th April 2016 of the Ministry of General Administration, Mumbai, the maximum age limit for the post as on the last date of application will be
a) 38 years for unreserved category
b) 43 years for reserved category.
c) The maximum age limit for Medical Officers MBBS, Specialists and Super Specialists will be 70 years. And it will be mandatory for candidates above 60 years of age to attach a certificate of physical fitness from the District Surgeon along with the application.
13. Candidates who have worked or are working under the National Health Mission will have an age relaxation of 5 years.
14. As per the letter No. RAASO/Manpower/Reservation/24564-774/16 dated 20/07/2016 of the Joint Director (Technical), National Health Mission Mumbai, if the required reserved category candidates are not available, candidates from other categories possessing the educational qualifications required for the post will be considered.
15. If the relevant post is rejected by the Central/State Government, the service of the candidate will be terminated immediately without giving any prior notice.
16. After the completion of the said recruitment process, if a vacancy occurs due to resignation of an employee in any place in the future, the next candidate in the merit list in the waiting list will be given appointment orders without conducting a fresh recruitment process. The said waiting list will remain valid for one year after its publication on the website.
17. For the posts for which skill test has been made mandatory, the eligible candidate will be subjected to a skill test at the Municipal Corporation level before being given appointment orders. If the said candidate is found eligible in the said skill test, appointment orders will be given to him, otherwise it will not be given.
18. Candidates should ensure that the mobile number and e-mail ID mentioned with the application remain active until the entire recruitment process is completed.
19. a) For each application for the recruitment process, a Demand Draft of Rs. 150/- (Rs. One Hundred and Fifty only) is required for candidates belonging to the unreserved category and Rs. 100/- (Rs. One Hundred and One Hundred only) for candidates belonging to the reserved category.
b) The said fee is non-refundable and the Demand Draft should be in the full name of Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society Sangli, Sangli Miraj and Kupwad City Corporation.
c) DD (Demand Draft) should be attached at the top of the application.
d) On the back of the Demand Draft, the candidate should write his full name, name of the post for which he has applied, post number in the advertisement and mobile number.
e) Candidates should take note carefully that if there is any mistake in the name of the demand draft or if the demand draft is damaged, the application of the concerned candidate will not be accepted for the further recruitment process.
e) The demand draft should be of a nationalized bank.
20. Documents required by the candidates while submitting the application for cadre posts
1) First application in the prescribed format.
2) 10th mark sheet and certificate (as proof of date of birth).
3) 12th mark sheet and certificate.
4) Degree mark sheet (1st year to final year-including all attempts-so that the combined marks can be calculated) and Degree Certificate (Convocation Certificate)
5) For those educational qualifications/technical posts for which registration from the concerned council is applicable, the registration certificate of the corresponding council from the council validating the educational qualification will be mandatory, otherwise the candidate will be disqualified.
6) Two passport size photographs.
7) Small family certificate.
8) Caste certificate for candidates from reserved category..
9) Attested experience certificates if having experience.
10) Experience certificate if having government experience.
11) Age, nationality and domicile certificate.
12) As proof of age (school leaving certificate, birth certificate).
13) In case of change in name, it will be mandatory to attach Gazette, Marriage Registration and Notarized Affidavit.
And all other necessary documents should be attached along with the application in Xerox copies (certified/self-attested).
Advertisement is being published for the above vacant purely contractual posts. However, the interested candidates may submit their applications along with original copies of certificates and attested copies of the same for the above mentioned vacant posts from 12/09/2025 to 03/10/2025 from 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM (excluding holidays). Also, the applications of the candidates after date: 03/10/2025 will not be considered for the recruitment process. Applications received through e-mail will not be considered.
