To strengthen the medical system at the District Hospital Sukma/Development Block Konta/Chhindgarh/Sukma under the Sukma District, contractual recruitment is to be done on the basis of merit and written examination under the District Administration's DMF item under local arrangements. You can apply for this in the prescribed form from 16-10-2025 to 30-10-2025, until 5:30 pm during working hours, at the office of the Chief Medical Officer, District-Sukma Kumharas (address PIN 494111).

Terms and Conditions
1. This appointment is neither regular nor contractual. This appointment is being made solely for emergency medical care under local arrangements. Upon the appointment of a replacement, this appointment will automatically terminate.
2. This appointment is for one year from the date of joining. Extension may be granted only if the performance is satisfactory. Furthermore, if the performance is not satisfactory, the government will be free to terminate the service at any time.
3. Maternity and paternity leave will not be eligible for recruitment to the above posts. Unpaid leave will be granted during this period.
4. Honorarium: A lump sum honorarium will be payable every month during the service period. No other allowance/CRMC benefits will be payable.
5. Service may be terminated at any time prior to termination by either party by giving one month's notice or by depositing/paying one month's salary in lieu of notice.
6. If you remain absent for more than one month continuously, your services will be automatically terminated.
Selection Process and Guidelines:
1. The final selection list will be prepared as follows.
• Educational Qualification : 65%
• Experience : Maximum 10/15 marks (NHM experience 3 marks and other Government 2 marks per year)
• Written/Skill Test/Interview : 20 marks.
• Mark sheet for each year of the prescribed minimum educational qualification.
• Mark sheet for the prescribed desirable educational qualification.
• One post for a retired female will be selected on a priority basis among the general ANM posts.
• It is mandatory to attach a valid registration/employment registration certificate from the Chhattisgarh Council for the posts for which the application is applicable. If the documents are not submitted with the application, no claim or objection for new documents will be accepted and the application will be rejected.
• An experience certificate for the relevant work, if available (if the period of experience is not clearly stated, the experience certificate will be invalidated). The experience certificate prescribed by the Chhattisgarh Government, issued by the Civil Surgeon and Chief Medical and Health Officer, will be valid.
• Furthermore, experience certificates issued by any private organization will not be accepted. Identity Card (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, Driving License).
2. All of the above documents If these documents are not submitted, or if they are found to be false during the verification process or after appointment, the candidate's appointment may be invalidated.
3. Candidates from Chhattisgarh will be selected based on educational qualifications, experience, and merit in the written examination.
4. Candidates in serial numbers 8 and 9 will be recruited for vacant posts based on merit. In case of equal marks in the merit list, the older candidate will be selected based on preference. A written examination will not be conducted for this post. For the post of Security Guard, one year of experience in government/private employment is mandatory.
5. In case of equal marks in the merit list, seniority will be determined based on date of birth.
6. Candidates applying for one or more posts must submit separate applications for each post. Candidates applying for a post in the General category must indicate "General" and do not attach a caste certificate. If a candidate attaches a caste certificate, their application will be rejected. Claims and objections will not be accepted.
7. Submit a self-attested copy of each document in the same order as the applied for post. They must bring their original documents and a photograph with them on the day of the examination.
8. The age limit for recruitment to the above posts is a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 50 years.
9. Merely applying will not guarantee selection. The original certificates will be verified before the final selection list is issued. The selection committee reserves the right to cancel the appointment if they are found to be incorrect or inaccurate.
10. The envelope must be marked with the name of the applied-for post. If the name of the applied-for post is not mentioned, your application will not be opened and will be disqualified, and no claims or objections will be accepted.
11. Incomplete documents submitted in the envelope will result in disqualification. No claims or objections will be accepted for attaching new documents. (The original application must be completely filled out and must contain caste certificate, residence certificate, 10th and 12th mark sheets, mark sheets corresponding to the post applied for, valid registration with the Chhattisgarh Council, experience certificate in the prescribed format; only those from government institutions will be accepted.) No new documents will be accepted for attachment.
12. Claims and objections will only be accepted if there are clerical errors, such as under- or over-reporting of experience marks, or if any information contrary to the conditions has been indicated.
13. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted, and claims and objections will not be accepted.
14. The deadline for the examination will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Ensure you arrive at the examination venue two hours in advance, otherwise you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
15. Candidates should not bring mobile phones, bags, watches, or any other items except a pen into the examination hall. During the examination, candidates will only be allowed to enter the examination premises at the scheduled time of 8:00 AM. 16. Examination room numbers and roll numbers will be allotted post-wise.
17. The 100-point roster will be followed.
18. A post-wise waiting list will also be issued for the said post, which will be valid for one year from the date of issue or until the next recruitment, whichever is earlier.
19. A written examination will be conducted for the applications received, as per the guidelines of the Selection Committee.
20. If at any stage of the selection process, it is found that a candidate is using any kind of influence or attempting to influence the fair selection process, their application will be rejected and no claim will be entertained in this regard.
21. Candidates whose service has been terminated by any government department due to indiscipline, financial irregularities, or improper conduct, regardless of the position they held, will be considered ineligible candidates. The above clause will apply even after selection/appointment.
22. Contract appointments will be made in accordance with the conditions contained in the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Contract Appointment) Rules 2012 issued by the government.
23. The Selection Committee will have the sole authority to take the final decision on any dispute or problem arising during the recruitment process, which will be binding on all applicants.
24. The Selection Committee may increase or decrease the number of posts as required.
25. Candidates will be selected on a full-time basis by combining the desired qualifications/educational qualifications, experience marks (for the post applicable) and the written examination marks. (Approved by the Collector)
