In accordance with the approved posts in the district's ROP for the financial year 2025-26 under the National Health Mission and the Human Resource Policy 2018, for contract recruitment to various vacant contract positions under the National Health Mission/District Health Committee, District North Bastar Kanker (CG).

Post : Pharmacist (RBSK)

No of posts : 03 (ST-03)

Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (50%) & Registration in Pharmacy Registration council.

Salary : Rs. 16,500/-

Selection Basis : 1. Qualification - 65% Experience - 10 Marks for Other & 15 Marks For NHM Staff 2. Exam - 20 Marks

Note
1. All the above posts are contractual.
2. Reservation will be implemented according to the reservation roster system established by the government for the district. Horizontal and category-wise reservations for women, persons with disabilities, and ex-servicemen will be applicable for the above posts, as per the government's guidelines. Special reservation rules and conditions issued from time to time by the Chhattisgarh Government will apply.
4. The required educational qualification must be from a recognized institution/university, and the certificate must be held on or before the last date of application.
5. The minimum age for recruitment to advertised post No. 23, Security Guard, will be 21 years and the maximum age limit will be 40 years.
6. All educational and other qualifications must be prior to the date of application, otherwise the application will be immediately rejected. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Under no circumstances will certificates from a later date be accepted. Therefore, self-attested photocopies of all required eligibility documents and certificates must be submitted to the employment office along with the certificate of life registration; otherwise, the application will not be considered.
7. Factual/clerical errors in the advertisement can be corrected at any stage of the selection process. Such corrections will not affect the selection process. No representations will be accepted in this regard.
8. All attached documents, certificates, and photographs must be self-attested/self-signed.
9. Applicants must sign the application form at the designated places; failing to do so will result in disqualification.
10. Applicants must attach all required documents and evidence to their original application, self-attested. New documents submitted during the submission of claims and objections will not be accepted. Only clerical errors will be accepted and resolved.
11. Candidates whose marksheets are based on the grading system must indicate the percentage obtained using the grading calculation method. A certified copy of the calculation sheet/chart issued by the head of the respective educational institution/school must be attached to the application.  Failure to submit the calculation sheet along with the application by the due date will result in the applicant being disqualified.


Application Guidelines
1. Applicants can download the application form from the district website kanker.gov.in.
2. Applicants must be residents of Chhattisgarh. A residence certificate issued by a competent authority is mandatory.
3. Contract recruitment will be done in accordance with the Human Resource Policy 2018 issued by the National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh, and the guidelines issued from time to time by the State Office.
4. The candidate must clearly mention the name of the post applied for and the program in a sealed envelope. Candidates interested in recruitment to one or more posts should submit separate applications for each post to the office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District U.B. on 11/12/2025 during office hours from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.  It is mandatory to present the application in person at the Recruitment Cell in Kanker (CG).
5. Incomplete, unclear, or erroneous applications will be rejected. Each applicant should self-assess that they meet the minimum educational and desirable qualifications for the advertised posts. They should carefully read and complete all information in the application form, following the instructions provided in the advertisement. If any information provided by the applicant in the application form is found to be incomplete, false, or inaccurate, or if the required documents are missing, their candidacy will be rejected at any stage of selection, even after selection, before joining the job, without prior notice to the applicant.
6. Age Limit - The minimum age for contract recruitment will be 18 years, and the maximum age will be 70 years for medical posts and 64 years for managerial posts. The base year for age calculation will be 01.11.2025. The age limit includes all relaxations granted by the Chhattisgarh Government.

General Conditions and Guidelines for Recruitment
1. Merely submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Original documents and certificates will be verified before the final selection list is released. Only if found correct will further selection proceedings be initiated.
2. All entries made by candidates in their applications must be accurate and accurate, as per the original documents. If document verification, before or after the final selection, reveals that the information in the application is incorrect or incomplete, they will not be included in the upcoming final selection list. If information or documents are found to be incorrect or fraudulent before or after the selection, the candidate's selection will be cancelled. The appointing authority will have the final say in this matter.
3. In the event of equal marks, the candidates' dates of birth will be used as the basis for determining their preference.  Candidates with an earlier date of birth (elder in age) will be given priority. If the date of birth is the same, preference will be determined based on the first letter of the initial in the English alphabet.
4. Selected candidates must submit original copies of all certificates attached with their applications for verification upon joining.
5. The validity of the final selection list and waiting list will be valid for a minimum of one year from the date of publication, or until the next new recruitment advertisement is issued.
6. Contract Honorarium: During the contract service period, a monthly lump sum honorarium and other amounts will be payable as per the prescribed ROP; no other allowances/benefits will be payable.
7. The above contract period will be valid until March 31, 2026. The said period may be extended if the performance evaluation is satisfactory. The contract position will automatically be cancelled upon regular recruitment for the said position.
8. The contract appointment may be terminated by giving one month's prior notice to the selected candidate after they report to work. Similarly, the candidate must provide one month's prior notice before submitting their resignation, otherwise they will be liable for one month's salary.
9. Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Class categories will be required to submit a permanent caste certificate from the competent authority.
10. The said contract position will be non-transferable, and reporting to the place of posting as per the appointment order will be mandatory. In the event of failure to report to the place of posting at the prescribed time and place of posting, the selected candidate's appointment will be automatically cancelled.


11. The performance appraisal of the contract employee will be conducted by the Controlling Officer.
12. Mere selection for the applied-for position does not confer any right to appointment. The final appointment will depend on the actual availability of vacant positions and other necessary procedures/criteria.
13. If, at any stage of the selection process, it is found that any candidate is exerting any kind of pressure or attempting to influence the fair selection process, their application will be rejected and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
14. Candidates whose services have been terminated by the National Health Mission or any other government department due to indiscipline, financial irregularities, or misconduct, regardless of the position they held, will be classified as ineligible candidates.
15. The District-Level Selection Committee will have the sole authority to take a final decision on any dispute or problem arising during the recruitment process, which will be binding on all applicants.
16. Due to administrative reasons, the number of posts in the notified vacancies may be increased or decreased as needed, or even cancelled.
17. No travel allowance (T.A.D.A.) will be payable to the applicant for participating in the recruitment process.
18. All information regarding the recruitment process will be published on the notice board of the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District- North Bastar Kanker (CG) and on the district website www.kanker.gov.in. No information will be provided through any other medium.
19. This recruitment/appointment process will be subject to the final order of the Honorable Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 19668/2022.

Eligible and interested candidates may submit their applications in person or through an authorized person to the office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District North Bastar Kanker, in a sealed envelope along with self-attested photocopies of all required documents in the prescribed format in the Recruitment Cell of the office until 11/12/2025, during office hours from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.Applications received through any other means will not be accepted, and applications received after the due date and time will not be considered.
