Municipal Corporation Hiring Pharmacy Graduates

National Urban Health Mission (NUHM), Health Department, Solapur Municipal Corporation, Solapur is recruiting for various vacant posts on contract basis and applications are invited from interested candidates possessing the following educational qualifications for the posts mentioned below.

Post : Public Health Manager 

Educational Qualification : MBBS Or Graduate in Health Science (BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BDS/B.P.Th/Nursing Basic / P.B.B.Sc./ B.Pharm./ + MPH/ MHA/MBA in Health Care Administration)
Age Limit : 18 to 38 years for open category and 18 to 43 years for reserved category.
Remuneration of the post : Rs. 32,000/- per month

Experience : Essential: PHM must have an experience of 2 years in health program management which could be in disease surveillance/ community mobilization/inter-sectoral collaboration/IEC/BCC activities/ Quality Control.  Monitoring & evaluation.
Desirable : Knowledge of basic concepts of epidemiology and biostatistics, and understanding of health information system.


Terms and Conditions
1. All the above posts are contractual in nature and carry lump sum remuneration.
2. Applications will be accepted from the candidates during office hours from 27/11/2025 to 05/12/2025, excluding holidays, between 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Applications will be accepted at the Health Head Office, Administrative Building, Solapur Municipal Corporation, Solapur. If the candidates want to apply for more than one post, they should submit separate applications for each post. However, if the interview / test is conducted at the same time, they will have to appear for any one post. The candidate who appears will be considered for the post.
3. For the recruitment process, a fee of Rs. 150/- (in writing Rs. 150 only) is being charged for each application for unreserved category candidates and Rs. 100/- (in writing Rs. 100 only) for reserved category candidates. The said fee will be accepted in the form of Demand Draft. The said fee is non-refundable and the candidates should write the Demand Draft in full name (Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society Solapur) and should be attached at the top of the application. On the back of the Demand Draft, the candidate should write their full name, name of the post applied for, post number. If there is a mistake in the name of the Demand Draft or if it is damaged, the application of the concerned candidate will not be accepted for the further process of recruitment.
4.  Since all the above posts are contractual, temporary and on lump sum remuneration, the candidate for the said post will not have any right or claim to make the post permanent in the future.

5. While submitting the application for all the posts, the candidates must attach the following documents along with the application form required for that post in the first given format.
1) Caste certificate and if applicable, caste validity certificate
2) Age proof certificate (10th certificate / school leaving certificate / birth certificate etc.)
3) Age, nationality and domicile certificate
4) Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (ECL) / Economically Weaker Section Certificate of the current year (EWS)
5) 12th Certificate
6) Graduation / Final year mark sheet of graduation
7) Graduation certificate
8) Certificate of additional educational qualification
9) Valid registration from the Maharashtra State Council related to the post and renewal certificate if expired
10) MSCIT certificate
11) Valid certificates of work experience related to the same post during the period after registration from the Maharashtra State Council related to the post.  All these documents should be attached with the application and self-attested. In case of certificates containing marks as per Grading System, the Grade Card Xerox of the relevant certificate should be attached with the application (especially CGPA/SGPA), page numbers should be put on all the documents attached with the application. CGPA/SGPA should be converted into percentage and should be attached with the official Conversion Table of the concerned university. If it is not attached, the said candidature application will be considered ineligible. To verify the submission of the application, bring a Xerox of the top page of the application.


6. The name of the post for which the candidates are applying and the category as per social reservation and the name of the bank and the demand draft number should be clearly mentioned in the application.

7.. All the instructions regarding the above recruitment (provisional eligible / ineligible, acceptance of objections, final eligible / ineligible, list of those selected for interview or written test, interview or written test schedule and other matters) will be published on the official website of Solapur Municipal Corporation, Solapur http://www.solapurcorporation.gov.in. Candidates should note that no instructions will be sent to the candidates in this regard by telephone, SMS, email. It will be mandatory for candidates to visit the website from time to time.

8. All rights to change the number of vacant posts, educational qualification, honorarium, age limit, social reservation, change in the place of appointment, change in the mentioned terms and conditions belong to this office and the right to change the recruitment process at any time is reserved by Hon.  Commissioner and Chairman, National Health Mission Recruitment Selection Committee Solapur.
9. If the required number of reserved category candidates are not available in the required quantity, considering the need for filling the said vacant posts, the waiting list candidate from the unreserved category will be appointed temporarily to the reserved category. (This condition will be applicable only to the posts for which there are open category seats)
10. It is mandatory for the candidates submitting applications from the reserved category to attach a caste certificate with the application. Otherwise, the applications will be disqualified.
11. If the receipt from the Setu Office for the purpose of summarizing the specific certificate is submitted with the application, the applications of the said candidates will be disqualified in the provisional eligible / ineligible list. However, if the candidates submit a certificate from the said Setu Office at the time of objection, the applications of the concerned candidates will be disqualified in the final eligible / ineligible list.
12.  The application form is published on the official website of Solapur Municipal Corporation and if the application form is not included in the said application form, the application of the candidates will not be accepted. Candidates should note this. (Candidates should note that applications typed by themselves, if there are changes in the form or other applications according to the name of the application sales center will not be accepted.)
13. In case the Central Government or the State Government rejects the relevant post, the services of the candidates concerned will be terminated without giving any prior notice to the candidates. The period in the appointment letter will not be binding for this. 14. Experience related to the relevant posts for which the candidate has applied is necessary. Applications without experience certificates will not be considered. Candidates should note that experience with experience certificates will be accepted and marks will be given accordingly. However, if the candidates do not attach experience certificates with the application, their marks will not be given or if submitted later, it will not be accepted.
15. The following scoring system will be adopted for the selection of posts other than Medical Officer. 
16. Candidates should submit their applications on the office day and time within the period mentioned above. Applications received within the mentioned period will be considered. Candidates should not make any complaint or attempt to use pressure techniques through third parties in this regard.
