Post : Executive - Bioanalytical

Department : Bioanalytical
Qualification : M.Pharm, MSc
Experience : 03 to 08 years

Analyst :
• Experience in developing and validating sensitive and rugged bioanalytical methods by using different extractions (i.e. SPE, LLE etc.) and quantitation (i.e. LCMS, HPLC) techniques for analysis of drug substances.
• Experience in conducting sample analysis of Bioavailability/Bioequivalence Studies independently with required accuracy.
• Experience in operation, maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments adhering to written instrument operation procedures.
• Ability to maintain GDP and GLP compliance in the laboratory.
• Know-how of current applicable regulatory requirements.

Documentation :
• Prepare SOPs. analytical reports, method validation reports, and study plans.
• Update bio-analytical sections in clinical reports.
• Organize raw data, calibration records, IQ/OQ/PQ documents, and training files for audits.
• Review laboratory records for accuracy, completeness, and SOP compliance.
• Archive and retrieve documents systematically.
• Act as custodian for receiving, handling, storage, and disposal of biological samples.

Custodian:
• Experience in maintaining inventory of biological samples/matrix, and analytical standards with proper documentation.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining temperature records from freezers/ refrigerators
• Ability to perform daily instrument calibration and verification of routine calibration records performed by external party.
• Ability to handle operational challenges and issues during inventory maintenance
