General Terms and Conditions
1) The said posts are purely on contractual and contract/daily basis and are not of the State Government.
2) If sufficient female candidates are not available for the post of Female Medical Officer under Mobile Medical Unit, male candidates will be considered. Therefore, male candidates can submit applications for the said post. However, if sufficient female candidates are available, male candidates will not be eligible for selection.
3) The remuneration mentioned against the posts under National Health Mission and 15th Finance Commission is a consolidated remuneration and no other allowances are payable apart from that. The monthly remuneration payable for the post under Mobile Medical Unit will depend on their daily attendance (excluding leave for government holidays). Apart from this, no other allowance will be given.
4) The selected candidates will be appointed for a period up to 29/06/2025. For the next period, appointment will be given for the next 11 months and 29 days only after the approval of the posts by the State Health Society Mumbai and if the work in the previous period is satisfactory. Candidates will not be able to make any claim regarding re-appointment, inclusion in government regular service or service protection by the government.
5) Applications are being invited from interested and qualified candidates from the date of publication of the advertisement in online format through Google Form Link and candidates have to use the link given on the website. The said link will be open from 27/05/2025 to 09/06/2025 till 11.50 pm. After that, the said link will be closed. Therefore, it will be the responsibility of the candidates to submit the application within the prescribed time.
6) After submitting the application in online format through Google Form Link, a copy of the Auto-Generated application will be received on the candidates' email. Candidates should submit the application along with the self-attested Xerox copies of all the necessary documents from 28/05/2025 to 13/06/2025 between 10.00 am and 6.00 pm (only on office working days) to "Office, National Health Mission, Z.P. Employees Colony, Residence No. B-2 (Slab), Complex Area, Gadchiroli"
7) If the candidates have applied online through Google Form Link and have not submitted the required documents along with the said application within the prescribed period as mentioned in point number 5, such application will be automatically considered as cancelled and the said candidates will not be considered for selection in any way. (All further instructions regarding the recruitment process, list of eligible/ineligible candidates, schedule for verification of original documents etc. will be published on the website of Zilla Parishad Gadchiroli zpgadchiroli.maharashtra.gov.in from time to time. Therefore, it will be the responsibility of the candidates to visit the said website from time to time, no complaint will be entertained in this regard.)
8) The selection of candidates will be made purely on the basis of merit and for the selection of candidates, 50 marks will be given to the percentage of the final year/semester with the minimum educational qualification of the relevant post, 20 marks will be given to the percentage of the final year of such educational qualification if the candidate holds an educational qualification higher than the educational qualification required for the post and 6 marks for every 1 year of experience in a government/semi-government establishment (maximum: 30 marks up to 5 years) i.e. a total of 100 marks will be made on the basis of merit.
9) If the candidates' final year/semester mark sheet is in SGPA instead of percentage, it will be mandatory for such candidates to convert SGPA to percentage from the concerned university and submit it along with the application. Otherwise, the candidates will not be given marks.
10) After scrutinizing the applications received within the prescribed period, the list of candidates regarding the eligibility of their applications, marks and the schedule of interview/original document verification will be published on the website of Zilla Parishad Gadchiroli www.zpgadchiroli.maharashtra.gov.in. Candidates will not be informed separately for this. Therefore, candidates will be required to visit the website from time to time.
11) If a candidate is eligible for more than one post, it is mandatory to submit a separate application for each post and pay a separate recruitment fee challan for each application.
12) The recruitment fee of Rs. 100/- for candidates belonging to the reserved (backward) category and Rs. 150/- for candidates belonging to the open (unemployed) category can be deposited online (Internet Banking, Phone Pay, Google Pay etc.) or offline to the bank account mentioned in the statement below. Fees through Cheque or Direct Deposit (DD) will not be accepted under any circumstances.

It is mandatory to enter the transaction ID received after payment in the online application and upload the screenshot of the transaction while filling the online application. Therefore, candidates should first pay the recruitment fee amount in the bank. Only then should the application be filled. Candidates should print the screenshot of the transaction and keep it with them carefully until the selection process is completed. Also, 1 copy of it should be submitted along with the application.
13) Before completing the selection of candidates, candidates will be called and all the original documents related to their applications will be verified. At that time, it will be mandatory for the candidates to submit the said original documents, Small Family Form-A attached with the advertisement, print of the form received on the candidates' email regarding filling the application and the screenshot of the recruitment fee transaction etc. before the document verification committee, otherwise the candidate will be rejected from the selection process.
14) Applications that do not possess the prescribed qualifications, are incomplete, are not received within the prescribed time, do not have full fee in the form of challan and are made twice for the same post will not be considered.
15) If sufficient candidates from the reserved category are not available for the above posts, as per the circular dated 20/07/2016 of the State Health Society, Mumbai, candidates from the open category will be considered for selection, so candidates from the open category will also be allowed to submit applications. However, it will be mandatory to fill such applications along with the required fee for the open category. Also, the concerned candidates should note that if the required candidates from the backward category are available, they will not be considered for selection under any circumstances.
16) As per the Government decision dated 25th April 2016 of the General Administration Department, Mantralaya Mumbai, the minimum age of the candidate on the last date for submitting online applications i.e. 09/06/2025 will be 18 years and maximum age will be 38 years (maximum age 43 years for reserved category).
17) During the recruitment process, the candidates will have to appear at their own expense whenever they are called. Also, no honorarium or travel expenses will be payable for such attendance.
18) It should be noted that if a candidate is found to have submitted incorrect information, withheld any information, used pressure tactics or adopted improper means during the recruitment process, his candidature/appointment will be cancelled at any stage without any prior notice, and administrative and criminal action will be taken if necessary.
19) Candidates for posts in the technical cadre for which it is necessary to hold a valid registration certificate from the Central Government or State Government Registration Department as prescribed, will be required to attach the said valid registration certificate with their application.
20) Candidates should correctly enter their updated email ID and mobile number while submitting the application. Also, ensure that it remains active until the completion of the recruitment process. So that it will be convenient for candidates to contact this office during the recruitment process.
21) Affidavit of small family in Form-A as per Maharashtra Civil Services Rules 2005 will be required to be submitted along with the application as well as at the time of document verification.
22) The candidate will be required to hold a certificate of domicile / nationality obtained from the competent authorities and it will be necessary to submit it along with the application and at the time of document verification.
23) Government decision dated 13th January 2009, except for the open (AMAGAS), Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe category, other backward classes (VJ, NT, SBC & OBC) candidates will be required to hold a certificate valid till 31st March 2026 that they do not belong to the advanced and advanced groups (non-creamy layer) to get the benefit of reservation and it will be necessary to submit it along with the application and at the time of document verification.
