Pharmacist openings under Medical Health Department in Municipal Corporation

Vasai Virar City Mahanagarpalika Rashtriya Nagari Arogya Abhiyaan (NUHM) and 15th Finance Commission and National Tuberculosis Eradication Program (NTEP) to select interested and eligible candidates to fill the vacant posts for a period of 11 months on contractual basis on contract basis for a period of 11 months.

Age limit
1. The age of the candidate must be within the age limit prescribed in the advertisement as on the last date of application.
2. Ma. Commissioner, Health Services and Campaign Director, Rashtriya Nagari Arogya Abhiyaan, Mumbai vide letter dated 25th May 2019 for the posts of Super Specialist, Specialist and Full Time/Part Time Medical Officer-MBBS. Their age limit is 70 years and candidates aged 60 or above will be required to attach a physically and mentally fit certificate from the District Surgeon along with the application.

Instructions regarding filling of application
1. Candidate should enter his/her full name accurately as per Secondary School Certificate. A copy of Secondary School Examination Certificate should be attached with the application.
2. Only the date of birth mentioned in the secondary school examination certificate should be mentioned in the application.
3. The age (day, month and year) of the candidate as on the date of publication of the advertisement should be mentioned accurately.
4. If the applicant who is applying is married, marriage registration certificate and gazette in case of name change must be attached with the application.
5. It is mandatory for the candidate to mention his/her valid e-mail ID/alternative e-mail ID, current mobile number/alternative mobile number in the application form. The list of eligible candidates will be published on the website of the Municipal Corporation.
6. Candidate should mention his caste details accurately.
7. The applicant should mention his current address and permanent address accurately in the application

Notification pursuant to application
1) Detailed and accurate details regarding educational qualification should be recorded.
2) Candidates must possess the educational qualification mentioned in the advertisement on the last date of submission of application.
3) Marks and percentage of marks obtained in the last year should be mentioned accurately while filling the application. It is mandatory to mention marks and percentage of marks without mentioning grade or other category.
4) The application will be scrutinized according to the information provided by the candidates in the form.
5) Eligible candidates will be disqualified if they do not submit original mark sheet and certificate of required educational qualification during appointment.
6) The educational qualification/eligibility required for the post must be obtained from a government recognized educational institution/university only.
7) Candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) will be required to submit the certificates prescribed under Government Decision General Administration Department No.Raadho-4019/P.No.31/16/A, dated 12/02/2019 and 31/05/2019.
8) Candidate belonging to reserved category must submit Caste Certificate along with Non-Criminal Certificate valid for the current year along with the application.

Experience
1) Only experience in Government, Semi-Government and Private Institutions after obtaining educational qualification and necessary additional educational qualification will be considered. Accordingly experience prior to educational qualification should not be recorded. That experience will not be considered.
2) While mentioning the experience details, the experience certificate of the Government, Semi-Government and Private organization is obtained. Details of such government, semi-government and private organizations should be mentioned in the form. If there is no experience certificate, the said experience will not be considered. The experience certificate should clearly mention the period of experience.
3) While mentioning the details in the experience certificate, the date and date of discharge should be mentioned accurately. Care should be taken to register the said period as per the experience certificate. If any discrepancy is found, the said certificate will be declared invalid.
4) Experience required for the post applied for will be considered. Experience other than this will not be considered.

Family certificate
1) Small family condition has been implemented from 28/03/2005 and dt. Candidates having more than two surviving children with effect from 28/03/2005 will not be eligible to apply for the posts of Rashtriya Arogya Abhiyan.
2) The certificate in the prescribed format is mandatory to be submitted by the eligible candidate before joining.

Selection Process
1) The selection process will be carried out based on the merit/scoring method of the applications of the candidates received in accordance with the said recruitment. All rights reserved in this regard. Reserved with the Chairman, Selection Committee.
2) If the candidate is to be selected, Mr. According to the letter dated 17/03/2022 of Additional Campaign Director, Rashtriya Nagar Arogya Abhiyaan Mumbai, 1:3 and 1:5 candidates will be selected by scoring method. While selecting the candidate, the marks of the candidate in the final year of graduation / graduation examination will be taken into consideration additional qualification as follows.

General Instructions
1) All necessary notices and information regarding the said recruitment process will be published from time to time on the official website of Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation. For this it will be mandatory for the candidates to visit the website http://vvemc.in from time to time and obtain information. No candidate will be contacted personally in connection with the recruitment.
2) For the post of Multipurpose Arogya Sevak (Male) Hon. Letter of Joint Director Arogya Seva (HIV) Pune vide no. Appointments will be made subject to the notification/Recruitment/Health Inspector/Certificate/9613-14/Room-52 A/No.No./2024 dated 07/03/2024.
3) The above mentioned posts are being filled on contractual basis for a period of 11 months. If the said posts are not approved in the action plan of the year 2026-27, the service of the above post will be terminated automatically.
4) The above sample posts are not state government posts but purely contractual posts. There will be no right or claim regarding the terms and conditions of government service on the said posts. Also, government service rules are not applicable for these posts. The candidate will not be able to seek adjustment to the regular posts of the State Governments, the aggregate salary will be paid per month for the above contractual posts. Experienced and higher educational qualification will be preferred.
5) The emoluments of the post mentioned in the advertisement are aggregate lump sum emoluments.
6) The number of posts in the advertisement may change.
7) All rights to change the number of vacancies in the advertisement, educational qualification, salary, age limit, social reservation, change in the place of appointment, terms and conditions specified and cancel/change the entire selection process. Commissioner and Chairman Selection Committee National Urban Health Mission, Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation has been retained. If there is a change in the number of posts/vacancies as per the current guidelines, the candidates will not be able to object.
8) Due to the submission of partial, incomplete, illegible application form by the candidates, if the application of the concerned candidate is rejected or disqualified, the full and complete responsibility shall remain with the concerned candidate. No form of complaint will be accepted from the candidates in this regard. If there are any difficulties in filling the application, please visit the office and inquire.
9) It will be compulsory for the selected candidates to attend the place of appointment with the original documents within 7 days after the appointment order is issued. If a discrepancy is found between the documents submitted by the candidate and the original documents at the time of verification and if the candidate uses any pressure mechanism, the said candidate will be disqualified, otherwise their appointment order will be canceled and the next candidates in the waiting list will be appointed.
10) Under the 15th Finance Commission approved Ayushman Arogya Mandir (Arogyavardhini Kendras) are being gradually established in Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation area and it should be noted that orders will be issued to the selected medical officers and employees as required.
11) No. in the advertisement of the post for which the candidate has to apply. Number must be clearly mentioned in the application. Candidates should apply separately for other posts.
12) The documents submitted by the candidates regarding the recruitment process will be available for up to one year. It should be clearly noted that the said documents will not be available after that.

However, the candidates possessing the required educational qualification and eligibility for the respective post should submit the application in the prescribed format along with the original and self-attested copies of the required qualifications and certificates from 02/02/2026 to 06/02/2026 from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm at Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation, Head Office, Ground Floor, Yashwant Nagar, Virar (W.) or in person (By Hand) or To be submitted by post/courier.
