Job Purpose
To achieve sales targets and market share objectives in the assigned territory by effectively managing a team of Medical Representatives (MRs), implementing ethical marketing practices, and ensuring strong relationships with healthcare professionals and trade partners.

Experience
5-8 yrs in pharma sales, with at least 2-3 yrs in a supervisory/managerial role in the Ethical Division.

Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of ethical pharma marketing, regulatory norms, and therapeutic.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, guide, and monitor a team of Medical Representatives.
• Drive prescription generation through ethical promotion.
• Achieve area-wise sales targets and market objectives.
• Develop strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists.
• Plan field strategies, joint visits, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
