Applications are invited for various posts on the basis of SAVIV for various Health Institutes / District Hospitals for Chatra district of Jharkhand under National Health Mission.

Pharmacist AYUSH
No of post : 01 (UR-01)
Qualification : • Ayurvedic Compounder : Diploma in Ayurvedic pharmacy from govt. Recognized institute.
• Unani Compounder Diploma in Unani pharmacy from govt. Recognized institute.
• Homeopathic Compounder : Diploma in Homeopathic Pharmacy from govt. Recognized institute.
Salary : Rs. 10,000/-

Pharmacist NUHM
No of post : 01 (UR-01)
Qualification : • Diploma in pharmacy from a recognized institute. 
• Registered under Jharkhand state pharmacy council computer proficiency (MS office) & Internet
Salary : Rs. 12,600/-


Selection Terms and Conditions
I. They will be contracted to work against the approved honorarium on a contractual basis.
II. District-level reservation roster will be applicable for all the above posts.
III. The contract will be valid for one year and can be extended annually based on the Annual Performance Appraisal, as needed. (as per direction of the state government)
IV. Verification of all original certificates submitted by the selected candidates will be done within three months from the issuing institution. If the certificates/information provided are found to be incorrect, the contract of the concerned personnel will be terminated with immediate effect, and legal action will be taken against them.
V. The contract of personnel engaged on a contractual basis can be terminated by giving one month's notice or one month's final honorarium. However, in case of unsatisfactory performance, the district administration reserves the right to remove the personnel engaged on a contractual basis immediately without notice.
VI. Candidates submitting CGPA scorecards for educational qualifications must also submit the CGPA conversion chart along with the mark sheet.
VII. For applying to more than one post, the applicant must submit separate applications along with separate bank demand drafts.
VIII. Candidates shortlisted by the committee based on the advertised qualifications and eligibility criteria will be included in the further selection process.
IX. The decision of the concerned District Health Committee will be final and binding in the appointment process.
X. The committee may modify the terms and conditions of the advertisement as needed.
XI. The District Selection Committee, Chatra, will finally approve the merit list.

Selection Process
The selection process is determined as follows :
I. Candidates will be selected based on the marks obtained in written examinations/technical test (Skill Test)/scoring process and interview.
II. All candidates must ensure that they send their application forms only through registered post/speed post.

In the said appointment, the local policy implemented vide Resolution No. 14/A.N.-04-04/2019 (Part) Ka-2609, dated 08.05.2023, of the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language, Government of Jharkhand, will be fully complied with, and preference will be given to applicants who are residents of Jharkhand state.
IV. The final merit list will be published in the office of the Civil Surgeon/Deputy Commissioner and on the website of Chatra district,  chatra.nic.in.
V. The selection list for candidates will be prepared in two parts. Part-A will contain the name of the post, roster point, vacancy, names of eligible candidates, marks obtained, and merit rank. The second part, Part-B, will be considered as a waiting list. The waiting list will be valid for one year. This list will also be prepared in order of merit and will consist of the same number of candidates as the number of posts sanctioned for that category.  Candidates will be automatically selected from the Part-A list in order of merit.
VI. At the time of joining, the selected candidate will be required to submit an affidavit stating that they have not been convicted in any criminal case, and a health certificate issued by a Civil Surgeon.


Application Process :  
1. Candidates possessing the above qualifications and eligibility criteria must submit their application in the prescribed format, along with attested copies of necessary mark sheets and certificates, residence certificate issued by the competent authority for claiming reservation, income certificate and caste certificate, matriculation certificate for proof of date of birth, computer proficiency certificate (if applicable), experience certificate, bank statement showing the amount received during the period of employment, and two self-attested passport-size photographs.  The application must be submitted by registered post/speed post in the prescribed format by 5:00 PM on December 31, 2025. Applications received after 5:00 PM on December 31, 2025, will not be considered.  
II. Applications submitted to any other office will be automatically rejected.  
III. Application Fee : A demand draft of Rs. 400/- for General/OBC/EBC candidates and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST candidates is mandatory for each post and must be attached with the application form. The draft should be payable to District Rural Health Society, Chatra.  
IV. The complete application, in all respects, should be sent in a sealed envelope by registered post/speed post to the office of the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Chatra. The following information must be clearly mentioned on the envelope :
