Pharma sales experience of min 3-5 years and Pharma Training experience of 1 year,Should be able to analyze sales data,should be able to help and suggest sales team ,willing to go for Field work if required, has to conduct training program and work shops in other locations if required,Should be dynamic strong in nature, has handle large no of sale people in class room training sessions.
Candidate Profile:
Aptitude towards challenges, patience, should have interest in Training people, leading a team of sales people, assertive, an extensive field presence via Representative field rides, workshops and a productive partnership with Sales and product Team.
