Job Description:
To direct and lead team and self to achieve targets in the assigned territory
To implement regional strategies in the assigned territory
To coach and develop team for achieving organization objectives
Candidate Profile:
5 to 7 years of Pharma Sales experience.
Experience in similar therapy in the assigned territory with min 2 years man management experience .
Bachelors degree in Pharma or any other science field
