Post: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – REGULATORY AFFAIRS
Job responsibilities –
To submit the complete & accurate registration / re-registration documents & samples well within time & to reply to all queries, as may be raised by registering authorities.
To communicate Countries specific regulatory requirements for each product / dosage form to related departments. To timely communicate the amendments made from time to time to all the departments.
Preparation of Dossiers and process according to Countries requirements.
Check and arrange for Packing Material (Cartons, Labels/ Foil and Inserts) as per Countries requirements.
Interacts with other departments, R&D functions to deliver customized high quality regions/countries specific dossiers, documents & materials to affiliates in accordance with business priorities.
Ensuring preparation of documentation according to the requirements of MOH of the concerned country & Ensuring effective and prompt attention and handling of queries from MOH of various countries.
Maintain the registration certificate. Maintain the records of registered products for renewal of registration.
Checking Artwork (Label, Carton, foil), Insert , License and Legal documents.
Prepare Business Agreements as per Agreement Laws and requirements of Importer.
Able to work in independently and proactively.
Enthusiastic, team-player with positive attitude.
Good communication and influencing skills.
Need to maintain long term working relationships with internal customers.
Good adaptability skills.
