Job Description:
1. Conduction of Training Programs
- Prepare yearly calendar for CPS Training Programs
- Take classroom sessions on various medico-marketing aspects covering the anatomy, physiology, pathology and therapeutics in areas of Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Oto-rhino and laryngology, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Urology, Nephrology, Dentistry and Orthopedics.
2. Measure the effectiveness of Training
- Define specific deliverables for given training modules
- Evaluate the performance of trainees as against the objectives and take corrective measures for identified areas of improvement
3. Assist Vertical Head – FTP in preparation of training reports
- Maintain a databank of trained and deployed field staff
- Maintain division wise zone wise cycle wise track records for Requirement of staff vs. Training & Staffing
- Prepare classroom performance records of trainees and update all the concerned stake holders
- Analyze field performance records of trainees and make suggestive action plans
- Take training feedbacks, analyze the same and update all the concerned stake holders
4. Providing cooperation to the HR team for recruitments of fresh graduates
- Provide required support to the HR team for interviews and campus activities
- Provide assistance in the selection process

Candidate Profile:
Conduction of Training programs for Fresh recruits and Developing their knowledge, skills and abilities to work as a FO for Cadila Pharmaceuticals

Note: Tamil / Telgu / Malyalam language is must for this position.
