Ultratech India Limited is a FDA, GMP & ISO certified manufacturer that caters to worldwide pharma markets for products across the pharmaceutical value chain ranging from a wide range of Pharmaceutical Formulations in various dosage forms ( Tablets, Capsules, Syrups, Injections, Nasal Sprays, Metered Dose Inhalers) to Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and upto advanced drug intermediates.
Ultratech also provides Custom research and manufacturing services (CRAMS) and undertakes Custom Synthesis for new molecules, Process Development work of Bulk Actives as well as for Pharmaceutical dosages, Private labeling and Contract manufacturing.

Post: Logistic Executive / Officer

Job Description:
- To connect export & import shipments from our Factory to Airport.
- To prepare Export Invoices, Packing lists.
- To check Shipping Bills, Bill of Lading, Airway Bills.
- To obtain Certificates of Origin.
- To Follow up for ARE documentation & ADC clearances.
- To provide all required data to CHA and to Customs authorities for every shipment.
- To sell DEPB or advance licenses.
- To control costs related to logistics
- To check all documentation related to Logistics, export & import shipments.
- To maintain documentation

Skill required:
Thorough in Computers- Word, Excel, Emails.
Past exposure in connecting export shipments by Air. Negotiating rates with Airlines.
Applying & filing of DGFT related documents like DEPB, DFRC, Advance licenses

Candidate Profile:
Any graduate, having thorough knowledge in Computers - Word, Excel, Emails.
Past exposure in connecting export shipments by Air. Negotiating rates with Airlines.
