Sohm, Inc., U.S.A is a global conglomerate with its operations in U.K, China and Canada; the India pharmaceuticals operations started in the year end 2009. Sohm (India) Pvt. Ltd. has ambitious plans to expand its operations in India by having its own manufacturing unit and marketing operations Pan India. For its first phase expansion plans Sohm (India) Pvt. Ltd. requires the following personnel for its head office at Ahmedabad.
India has a significant share in the global generics market and is ranked third in the world. Three factors favoring the company's manufacturing hub in India are a strong marketing set up, low prices and the advantage of using the English language. With domestic drug sales of almost $5 billion, Indian companies have also developed a considerable service industry for the global pharmaceutical market.

POST: DIVISIONAL SALES MANAGER (Head Quarter - Ahmedabad)
The candidate should be dynamic and result oriented with the required competency to face the market challenges. He should posses appropriate leadership qualities to guide and motivate and help generate the desired sales revenue from the team of 60 members in the north east zone. Since the job requires extensive travelling, he should be ready for the same. Science or pharmacy graduate having minimum 10 to 15 years experience in pharmaceutical selling, out of which at least 5 years at senior level in a mid size pharma company exposed right systems and processes with proven track record, can apply for the above said post. He will report to director marketing.

POST: PRODUCTION MANAGER
The candidate should be science or pharmacy graduate having minimum 10 years experience in production of tablets, capsules and liquid orals, having minimum approval in two departments. He should be familiar with the documentation of revised schedule-M, W.H.O. G.M.P. and liaison with the drug department. Knowledge of dossier preparation, export documentation and excise documentation will be an added advantage. He has to control our third party manufacturing and loan licenses at different locations and report to executive director. The successful candidate will have ample of opportunities to grow and will the front runner for the higher posts in the organization created in the future expansion plans and can become part of the top management team in future.
