Post: Relationship Executive
Job Description:
* To develop and maintain relations with the doctors given to them.
* To make presentations to the expecting couples and convert them into sales.
* To duly inform the clients about the benefit and services of the company.
* To ensure that the clients are followed up and all the calls are given a logical ending.
* To ensure that the information loop with the doctor right from the lead to registration or otherwise is kept intact.
* To ensure that all the details are duly filled in at the time of registration along with the payments.
* To assist the customer care to ensure that all the required documents are sent to the client and the Head Office.
* To ensure that all the requisite records are given to the hospital and the doctor pertaining to a client’s delivery.
* To update the client about the developments post delivery.
* To maintain daily reports and send them before the deadline.
* To adhere to the decorum of the office.
Candidate Profile:
- Any graduate or post graduate with 1-5 years experience in direct sales selling.
- Proven success in field sales – Stem cell banks, blood banks, pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industries, Hospitality, Travel or other service industries.
- Natural relationship builder with drive and charisma
- Ability to communicate and present well at all levels
- Natural relationship builder with drive and charisma.
- Excellent understanding of face-to-face selling
- Strong sales acumen
