Job Description:
Application of quantitative techniques and logical reasoning to create models for Forecasting, Marketing Science and Sales Force Analytics.
Major Accountabilities:
• Build models and tools for enhancing marketing effectiveness
• Examples of models and tools
o Sales/Revenue forecast tools
o Business development and licensing models
o Promotion response modeling
o Promotion tracking and ROI estimation
• Advanced analytics for targeting and segmentation
• Build visual-basic interface for various analytic tools
• Build strategic and operational forecast models and tools
• Configure data and business logic
• Design and implement reports
• Process country specific sales data
• Produce & verify accuracy of reports
• Implement and process verification procedures
• Fulfill customer requests for information and ad-hoc analysis
• Add value by implementing innovative solutions

Candidate Profile:
Graduate degree; Fluent English for spoken and written communication. Strong presentation skills
• 0 to 4 years experience in Business Analytics (Pharma)
• Very strong analytical and modeling skills
• High quantitative orientation; inclination to learn advanced statistical techniques
• Ability to apply quantitative techniques to answer business questions
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
• Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environ-ment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Visual Basic, hands on capabilities in database applications (Access, SQL)
• Eye for detail
