Post: Product Manager-FMI

Job Description:
This role will plan and implement various marketing and branding initiatives for the portfolio assigned with the objective of facilitating achievement of the annual sales targets, identifying new customer segments / product segments and enhancing the brand image of Foundation Medicine profiling services in the Indian market
- You will provide the sales team with technical expertise on the latest updates in the field of genomic profiling and how it relates to FMI's product positioning, communicate scientific information in the form of  printed and electronic promotional material and detail aid to sales team in a timely manner
- You will conduct product training for new joinees for the assigned portfolio and will also conduct quarterly updates with sales team for review of sales number
- You will oversee preparation of documents and contracts for events/activities in a compliant and timely manner, conduct field work along with sales colleagues to understand customer perception & market dynamics and evaluate the impact of the communication and key messages made to customers
- You will prepare the Annual Brand Plan in consultation with the team, review the market data, historic sales trend, and patient numbers to perform trend analysis and identify growth opportunities and assess competitor activities and update the team on impact on the business
- You will forecast sales performance and perform cost analyses and recommend sales strategies to maintain and increase market share

Candidate Profile:
You are a Life Science or Pharmacy graduate (MBA preferred) and have 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device/diagnostics sales\ You have experience in pharmaceutical or medical device/diagnostics marketing You have knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and the organization's products You have knowledge of marketing tools and techniques and statistical analysis tools
