Manager/ Dy. Manager/ Asst. Manager- Manufacturing- (OSD- Investigation & Compliance)
Role:-
• To carry out investigation in case of any batch results fall from OOS and OOT.
• To carry out investigation in case of any batch failure or market complaint
• To find out the root cause and perform the root cause analysis
• To implement root cause analysis tool and implement CAPA after getting root cause.
• Preparation and review of investigation report in co-ordination with QA.
• To initiate and implement the CAPA.
• To provide the training to the concern persons.
• To Develop, carry out and implement Entry & Exit, c-GMP, Compliance Procedure.
Desired Profile:-
•B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in Investigation , IPQA activities, QMS. Candidates having a combination of QA and manufacturing experience will be preferred.
• Good man-management skills, professional demeanor, problem solving, computer Proficiency with presentation skills .

Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager/ Manager - Packing- (Gen-OSD)
Role:-
• To supervise packing activities as per cGMP and maintain operation and cleaning procedure of equipment and area as per SOPs, Initiate change control and deviation control.
• Up keep documents like , In process checks and Reconciliation in batch packing record, line clearance, environmental condition, balance calibration, stereo register, change parts register etc.
• Reviewing of Executed BPR (Batch Packaging Record) and other online SAP activities
• Supervision of primary and secondary packaging activities and in-process quality control checks.
• Should have knowledge of Blister Pack machines (BQS/NMX etc.) and Bottle Pack Line (Countec/Pharmapack/IMA etc.)
• Should have knowledge of Track n Trace System.
Desired Profile
• B. Pharm/ M. Pharm with 2 to 12 years of relevant experience Experience in packaging of solid dosage forms along with experience in installation and qualification of various equipment used in solid dosage form packaging.
