Job Description
1.Channel Sales, regular interactions with Distributors and Retailers;
2.Achieve correct billing and targets;
3.Look after availability of proper stocks by ensuring proper planning;
4.Identifying new markets, developing a healthy relationship with stockiest and in market;
5.Experience in working on cost sheets; Handling price negotiation, technical discussions with vendors & release of purchase order;
6.Maintaining reports and information as required by the company;
7.Interfacing with cross functional departments for ascertaining procurement plans of raw materials;
8.Developing and implementing key strategies for the purchase of materials from global sources; achieving cost reduction in procurement, packaging and shipping;
9.Developing long-term partnerships with suppliers; managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms;    
10.Coordinating with suppliers for new product development and implementation;
11.Consistently evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to predefined specifications and supply of quality material / execution of job works;
12.Monitoring clients’ portfolio performance, conducting profitability analysis, rendering sustained advisory services for securing high ROI and increasing retention levels;
13.Generating profitability through the business as well as planning the activities so as to achieve the targets.
14.Preparing various MIS reports on team performance, branch revenues & expenses for apprising themanagement of progress;
15.Mapping client’s, identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels;
16.Ensuring continuous interaction with the customer to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels;

Candidate Profile
1.Candidate should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience;
2.Candidate should be B Pharm or M Pharm;
3.Strong organization and verbal/written communication skills;
4.Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point);
