Bombay College of Pharmacy (BCP) is a pioneering institution in Pharmaceutical education in India. BCP was founded in 1957 by the Indian Pharmaceutical Association - Maharashtra State Branch (IPA-MSB) with financial assistance from the Government of Maharashtra and several pharmaceutical corporations. Since its inception as a college offering a Diploma in Pharmacy, the college has grown in stature and at present offers Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral programs of study in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Applications are invited for the post of Research Fellow In Department of Pharmacognosy, Bombay College of Pharmacy, Kalina, Mumbai for the Amrut Modi Research Fund project entitled "Development of indigenous herb as an effective antitubercular medicine" under Principal Investigator Dr. Alka Mukne

Post : Research Fellow

Title of the project : Development of Indigenous herb as an effective antitubercular medicine

Duration : 2 years extendable by 1 year based on performance

Emoluments : Rs. 20,000 per month


Qualification : M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences / Masters of Technology in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology with First Class

NET/GATE/GPAT qualified candidates with research experience in relevant area will be preferred. Interested candidates who possess above mentioned qualifications may send their applications along with two sets of biodata mentioning marks obtained (Standard 10th onwards), research publications and experience with all supporting documents to "The Member Secretary, Amrut Modi Research Fund.
