Job for M.Pharm, MSc as Junior Research Fellow at IIT Hyderabad

Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IITH) is a premier institute of science and technology established in 2008. Post : Junior Research Fellow (01)

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) positions to work on time-bounded research projects in the Department of Chemistry, IIT Hyderabad. The selected JRF will be enrolled in the Ph.D. program at the Department of Chemistry.

Project title : Color Tunable Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescent Emitter for OLED Applications
Principal Investigator : Dr. Vaidyanathan Sivakumar (vsiva@chy.iith.ac.in)

Eligibility : Candidates with MSc., Chemistry with GATE/NET and Master Of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from reputed Institutions/Universities can apply for the Ph.D./JRF position. 
Fellowship and allowances : Rs. 37000 per month for the first TWO years and Rs. 42000 per month for the remaining duration. Accommodation inside the IITH campus is subject to availability.


Duration of appointment : Candidates enrolled for Ph.D. will be offered JRF positions for the complete duration of the project in the Department of Chemistry. After completion of the first two years, the expert committee will assess the candidate for the upgradation from JRF to SRF. The successful candidates will be awarded SRF positions with applicable fellowship and allowance.

• Candidate should provide a short justification note (maximum:one page) to support his/her application.


**The shortlisted candidates will be called for an online/offline interview. The interview date and other details will be emailed to the shortlisted candidates.
