What do the fresher’s lacks for getting better jobs

This event is organized to apprise students who are going to enter into professional life, about what is expected from them, especially as they crossover from college to corporate life. Seminar will include talks from people of industry covering both technical and HR perspective. Some of the important topics of the talk include job prospects for different specialization, grooming skills, likely interview questions, skills expected from a fresher. This seminar is exclusively restricted to Postgraduate MS Pharma or M Pharma and PhD students of Pharmaceutical sciences background

This seminar is a precursor event to Job fair which is planned on 1 Feb clubbed with  RBF 8th International Symposium on Current Trends in Healthcare “Advances in New Drug Discovery & Development” to be held at  Gujarat University Convention and Exhibition Centre, Ahmedabad, India from February 2-4, 2017, for which NIPER Ahmedabad is Academic partner. The Job Fair will be a huge conglomerate of all the Pharmaceutical Companies recruiting postgraduate/PhD in Pharmaceutical sciences, who will be also participating in RBF Symposium.

Students registering for one day seminar will be offered best possible discount on the upcoming Job fair. Additionally students participating in job fair can showcase their research in the form of poster by registering in RBF symposium separately. As is already known, the RBF Symposium, with its unique focus and format is considered as an unparalleled knowledge-sharing platform for scientists across the globe from both academia and industry engaged in drug discovery & development. Distinguished lectures and information exchange that have been hallmarks of the previous seven events will continue, in upcoming symposium also. The poster presentation sessions on all the 3 days will ensure that your posters are available for viewing by all participants until the symposium concludes.
