Post Graduate degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, including the integrated PG degrees. Candidate with a Ph. D degree with specialization in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology and Toxicology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy and or significant experience in the formulation and development of nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems, clinical research, In vitro and In vivo models and molecular biology. 

The candidate will be responsible for performing a range of wet-lab based analyses, which include routine semen analysis, sperm DNA Fragmentation Index assessment, Y-chromosome microdeletion testing, RNA extraction, DNA extraction, protein extraction, PCR analysis, and ELISA assays. These tasks will be carried out as part of the broader study objectives, ensuring high standards of accuracy and consistency.

First class Post Graduate degree including the integrated PG degrees such as MS Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Tech Pharm or with specialisation in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology Formulation Drug delivery or equivalent.

Health policy development and implementation. MD, MS or equivalent degree recognised by MCI, NMC OR MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by MCI, NMC, with MPH from a recognised university OR M.Sc or MBBS or equivalent degree, recognised by MCI, NMC, with Ph.D. from a recognised University.

Certification in clinical research analysis is advantageous but not mandatory. Willingness to learn regulatory compliance is a must. Candidate with evidenced experience in clinical trial, relevant data analysis, data management and clinical statistical analyses will have additional weightage in selection.

The candidate should have a minimum of one-year documented experience in handling laboratory animals and knowledge about pre-clinical models of cancer and surgical procedures.
