District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Jhargram will engage personnel for the positions as stated below under National Health Mission (NHM), Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal, purely on contractual basis.

Essential Qualification
1. The candidate should be a permanent resident of West Bengal and able to read, write and speak Bengali.
2. The candidate should have a Two Years Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma) (ALLOPATHIC) from an institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)/AICTE.
3. Registration Certificate must be issued by West Bengal Pharmacy Council.

Preferential Qualification
Persons holding Bachelor in Pharmacy (B-Pharma) and Masters in Pharmacy (M-Pharma) from an institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)/AICTE will be given additional marks.

Place of Posting : In any RH under the Jhargram district.

Mode of Selection
Full Marks = 100
• Class 10 or equivalent : 20, Percentage obtained in the exam × 20/100
• Class 12 or equivalent : 20, Percentage obtained in the exam × 20/100
• Diploma in Pharmacy : 30. Percentage obtained in the exam × 30/100
• Bachelor in Pharmacy (B-Pharma – Allopathic) : 20, Percentage obtained in the exam × 20/100
• Masters in Pharmacy (M-Pharma – Allopathic) : 10, Percentage obtained in the exam × 10/100

Notes
1. All Experience should be count after the completion of requisite qualification.
2. The applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and the applicant must have knowledge of local languages.
3. Age relaxation will be given for the reserved candidates as per existing norms of the State Government.
4. Applicants are requested to visit wbhealth.gov.in at the URL “Recruitment” regularly for information/instruction issued from time to time.

General Instructions to the Applicants/Candidates
1. Only online Applications will be accepted. Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete Application forms are liable to be cancelled. If the online application details submitted by the applicant differ with the original testimonials, that application shall be liable to be cancelled.
2. If proper signature and photograph are not uploaded at the time of online application that application shall also be liable to be cancelled.
3. The essential Qualifications mentioned are the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle the candidate to claim selection. All the essential qualification must have been completed within the last date of online application.
4. Experience will be calculated after obtaining the required qualification for the above mentioned position, till the last date of online application.
5. Caste Certificate issued before the last date of online application, by the competent authorities of West Bengal only will be accepted. In case of OBC candidates, (Current Re validate Caste Certificate must be produced/submitted during document verification; otherwise candidature will be cancelled).
6. In case of candidates with disabilities, Disability certificate issued before the last date of online application, by the competent authorities of West Bengal only, will be accepted.
7. No need to send Hard copy/print copy of the online registration by post.
8. Hard copy/ printed copy of the online registration form may be downloaded from the link hr.wbhealth.gov.in:8888/Index.aspx -> “Application Print” and should be retained by all the applicants for document verification purpose. Without registration form, no candidates will be entertained for original testimonials verification by the authority.
9. ‘On-line Registration Number’ should be retained by all applicants for future reference. Employer is not liable to give any information regarding the on-line registration number in future.
10. All marks must be calculated excluding marks of Additional Subject, No rounding off of marks will be granted. Proportionate marking up to 2 decimal points will be considered.

Additional Instructions
1. The candidates, who are found ineligible at any step of the above mentioned mode of selection, will not be called for the subsequent stages.
2. The decision of the competent authority regarding the recruitment is final.
3. Application fees of Rs. 100.00 for General applicant and Rs. 50.00 for reserved categories have to be deposited through on-line mode only. The amount is non-refundable.
4. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for the document verification/selection test/interview.
