Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is a dynamic growth oriented organization established to facilitate and promote studies and research in emerging areas of higher education with focus on professional education. The National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS) took birth as National Tissue Culture Facility in March 11, 1986 with a mandate of basic research, teaching & training, and as a national repository for cell lines/hybridomas etc. The centre is located in the midst of academically enriched environment of University of Pune campus, Pune.

NCCS invites applications for following posts purely on temporary basis on the various extramural projects.

Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the post of Research Fellow (on contract) in research project entitled “Design and Innovation Centre” F.No.17-2-2014-PN.1(Vol. II) dated 20-1-2015 sponsored by Ministry of Human Resource Development, GOI, New Delhi. The duly completed application on prescribed format along with copies of supporting documents must reach to: Office of the Dean (Research & Consultancy), Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad-211004 on or before 16/08/2016. The envelope should be super scribed as “Application for the post of Research Fellow (on contract) in the Project “Design and Innovation Centre”. CDRI is currently working on many time bound projects of National importance. In order to execute these projects successfully, CDRI is looking for Project Staff in various disciplines as per requirement. Applications are invited from interested eligible candidates for inclusion in a Panel for possible engagement in different projects as Project Fellow/Project Research Associate at CSIR-CDRI, Lucknow. Applications can be submitted online throughout the year, which will be screened and eligible applications will be kept in a panel. National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute (NABI), Mohali, is an autonomous R&D Institute under Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. The institute is establishing a state of art facility in the area of genomics (ABI 3730xl, RT-PCR, DNA analyzer, bioanalyzer, liquid handling system, automated DNA extraction system, LCM, Mass-Array (sequenom), etc), proteomics (MALDI-TOF-TOF, Q-TOF, nano-LC, HPLC, GCMS-MS, HP-TLC, UPLC, etc.), high performance computing facility, and food science (NIR, FTIR, SEM, etc.).The institute carries out cutting edge research at the interface of agricultural biotechnology, bioinformatics, food processing, and nutritional sciences.

Applications are invited for one post of JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW for the ongoing DBT project entitled “Unraveling the adaptive genome evolution by whole genome sequencing of Drosophila nasuta nasuta and laboratory evolved four hybrid strains, Cytoraces” for the remaining period of 2 years.

As a tribute to the founder Dr. Sam Higginbottom, who through his sincere services, hard work and dedication has contributed greatly towards enhancing the agriculture production in our Country, a proposal was submitted to Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, New Delhi to re-christened Allahabad Agricultural Institute-Deemed University as “Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences”. In view of the above, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, New Delhi vide communication bearing reference No. F.13-7/2008-U.3.A, dated September 22, 2009 has permitted Re-Christening of the Allahabad Agricultural Institute-Deemed University as: “SAM HIGGINBOTTOM INSTITUTE OF AGRICULTURE, TECHNOLOGY & SCIENCES” (Formerly Allahabad Agricultural Institute), (Deemed-to-be-University).

R. C. Patel Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (RCPIPER), Shirpur was established under the aegis of SES in 1992. RCPIPER is the first Pharmacy Institute of the country to get NAAC accreditation. It has been re-accredited by NBA, New Delhi and is approved by PCI / AICTE, New Delhi. It has also been ranked 14th recently at National Level under NIRF ranking by MHRD Govt. of India.
