Post : Executive / Junior Executive – Formulation Research Development (Process Development Lab)
Job Description
• To monitor manufacturing of new products for Domestic market, Optimization and Exhibit batches for regulated market. To support R&D for taking trials and experimental batches in the plant and data compilation and to coordinate in providing sample /document when required by R&D. assentation skills
• To prepare Technology Transfer report / Optimization report
• To create and update Material Master for Semi Finished Products, Bill of Materials & Master Recipe in SAP for all the products being manufactured at Baddi location
• To review of various documents for Technology Transfer / Optimization and Exhibit batches. To review process validation protocol & report.
• Routine updating of PDL Dept. inward–outward record (NRGP/RGP) and SAP Record related to BOM/Master/Master Recipe (Semi finished stages) as per QA intimation.
