The National Institute of Immunology (NII) is an autonomous institution supported by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. The Institute is committed to advanced research addressing the basic mechanisms involved in body's defense, host-pathogen interactions and related areas with a view to contribute to the creation of an internationally competitive intellectual knowledge base as a sustainable source of innovative futuristic modalities of potential use in health care.

Mizoram University was established on 2nd July 2001 by the Mizoram University Act, 2000 which appeared in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) on 25th April, 2000 as a Central University having His Excellency, the President of India as its Visitor.

Mangalayatan University (MU) has been created under the "Mangalayatan University, Uttar Pradesh Act" and notified by the Government of Uttar Pradesh as Act No. 32 of 2006, by its Gazette No. 362/VII-V-1-1(Ka)-12/2006 dated October 30, 2006, with the right to confer degrees under section (2f) and 22(1) of the UGC Act. Established in 2006, MU was founded with the vision of providing high quality education to students that would equip them with skills to differentiate themselves in today’s fast changing world.

The Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) is an autonomous body under the Department of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha & Homoeopathy (AYUSH), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. The Council is an apex body in India for formulation, development and promotion of research in Ayurvedic system of medicine. The Council carries out its activities and functions through its network of 31 Institutions located all over India.

Applications are invited to appear at a walk-in-interview for one post of Junior Research Fellow in the DST sponsored project entitled “Development of aspartyl-tRNA synthetase from Entamoeba histolytica as a target for antimicrobial drugs against amibiasis” in the room of the HOD, Department of Biotechnology and the Coordinator, DR. A walk in interview for filling up three posts of Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) under the DBT Funded Projects entitled “Application of RNAi technology for augmenting broiler production”, “Identification of probiotic strain(s) from gut metage-nome of Assam indigenous chicken” and “Thermotolerance gene expression analysis in Salmonella typhimurium and development of their thermal death time models applicable to poultry processing” at Committee Room of Administrative Bloc

The interview will be held for appointment to the posts of Research Fellow (02) and Jr. Analyst (01) at the National Dope Testing Laboratory (NDTL) at the above address. The appointments will be on contractual basis and the incumbent shall have no claim for regular appointment under NDTL. The tenure of the appointment will be initially for a period of one year from the date of appointment which can be extended from time to time depending on performance.

With a coastline of about 3,500 miles, inland sources in Rajasthan and Little Rann of Kutch, and the rock salt mines in Mandi, India have possibilities of attaining a high position in salt production among the salt producing countries of the world. As is known, apart from being an indispensable item of food, salt is an important raw material for the manufacture of several heavy chemicals e.g. soda ash, caustic soda and chlorine.
