3. To ensure movement of goods to the user namely the Districts and also assist them in further movement of goods to the end users

5. Collect and report on logistics data for MIS.
6. Use data to drive supply chain operations.
7. Identify and rectify weaknesses within the present system.

2. Candidates must upload the following self-attested scanned documents at the time of application. Applications without these documents will not be accepted.

3. Shortlisting and detailed scrutiny of applications received online as above will be conducted by MP Online.
4. A test for candidates will be conducted by MP Online. After the test, successful candidates will be interviewed. The list of candidates eligible for the interview will be displayed on the MP Online website.
5. The syllabus of the question paper will be displayed on the MP Online website.
6. For determining seniority, up to 2 decimal places will be considered.
7. Preference in the event that two or more candidates in the merit list have obtained equal marks
In the event that two or more candidates secure equal marks in the merit list, the order of priority shall be as follows:
a- Priority shall be given to candidates with greater experience over those with lesser experience.
b- Priority shall be given to candidates with higher educational qualifications over those with lower educational qualifications.
c- Priority shall be given to candidates possessing computer-related knowledge.
8. Selected applicants will be notified regarding the merit list via email and mobile phone.

9. A merit list of selected candidates (comprising 5 times the number of vacancies for each post) will be prepared by MP Online and displayed on both the MP Online and MPPHSCL websites. Interviews for candidates for all posts, in accordance with the merit list, will be conducted by the "HR Committee / Selection Committee" of MPPHSCL. Applicants seeking recruitment for the aforementioned posts through deputation shall be interviewed directly by the HR Committee / Selection Committee. Based on the final scores obtained following the interview, the "HR Committee / Selection Committee" shall recommend the selected candidate to the Managing Director.
10. Based on the recommendations made by the HR Committee/Selection Committee, the decision to appoint an eligible candidate shall be taken by the Managing Director; this decision shall be final and binding. In the event that suitable candidates are not available for the vacant positions, the Managing Director reserves the right to cancel the entire selection process for the concerned position(s).
11. For each position, a waiting list shall be prepared comprising candidates in order of merit, excluding those already selected. In the event that a selected candidate fails to assume charge of the position, candidates from this waiting list shall be appointed to the concerned position in their order of merit. The said waiting list shall remain valid for a period of 01 (one) year.
12. The authority to make the final decision regarding the selection process rests with the Managing Director, MPPHSCL. Furthermore, the Managing Director possesses the absolute authority to defer or cancel the selection process at any stage; such decisions shall be final and binding.
