NIAB, an autonomous institute under the aegis of Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, is aimed to harness novel and emerging biotechnologies and create knowledge in the cutting edge areas for impr oving animal health and productivity. The Institute’s research focus is on animal genetics and genomics, transgenic technology, reproductive technology, infectious diseases, nutritional enrichment, and bioinformatics. National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute (NABI), Mohali, is an autonomous R&D Institute under Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. The walk-In-Interview has been advertised for one Research Associate (RA) under internally funded project on “Identification and characterization of interacting partners of bZIP53 transcription factor involved in regulating seed maturation genes in Arabidopsis: Use of a Dominant negative” and one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under internally funded project “Aptamer based biosensor to detect food borne pathogens in real food samples”. The National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW) is an Autonomous / Apex Technical Institute funded by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for promoting Health and Family Welfare Programmes in the country through Education & Training, Research & Evaluation, specialized services, consultancy and advisory services. This Institute has undertaken a project on "Development of Enzyme and colloidal gold based Immunoassays (ELISA and LFIA) using bridge and antigen heterology for the detection of prednisolone, Medroxyprogesterone acetate, 17 α methyltestosterone and nandrolone in biological fluids and tissues of animals". For this project, NIHFW proposes to fill the following post on contractual basis. The duration of the project is three years but the appointment will be initially for a period of one and half year which may be extended further based on performance assessment.
