National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare envisions an India where every person living with HIV has access to quality care and is treated with dignity.  In order to achieve the goal of, “halting and reversing the epidemic”, the focus is laid on prevention, care, support and treatment efforts.  National AIDS Control Programme (NACP), takes measures to ensure that people living with HIV have equal access to quality health services by fostering close collaboration with NGOs, women’s self-help groups, faith-based organisations, positive people’s networks and communities. The story of Oil India Limited (OIL) traces and symbolises the development and growth of the Indian petroleum industry. From the discovery of crude oil in the far east of India at Digboi, Assam in 1889 to its present status as a fully integrated upstream petroleum company, OIL has come far, crossing many milestones. On February 18, 1959, Oil India Private Limited was incorporated to expand and develop the newly discovered oil fields of Naharkatiya and Moran in the Indian North East. The Directorate of Family Welfare was established in the year 1976 as a part of the Directorate of Health Services subsequently around 1992-93, the department of Family Welfare was separately administratively from Director of Health Services .The need to reduce the IMR, MMR & TFR, it became imperative to have an independent organizational set up for the Directorate of Family Welfare on the pattern of similar directorates countrywide. The original name of the Bargarh District was “Baghar Kota” as known from an inscription of the 11th Century A.D. It was called “Bargarh” probably from the time of Balaram Dev, the Chauhan Raja of Sambalpur, who made it his headquarters and constructed a big fort for its protection.The old fort walls can be traced near the ‘Jira’ river towards the plane of Ambapali. Narayan Singh, the last Chauhan Raja granted this place in “Maufi” (free hold) to 2 Brahmin brothers Krushna Dash and Narayan Dash, sons of Baluki Dash who was killed in action by the Gond.

Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) is one of the eight Subsidiary Companies of Coal India Limited (CIL) which is under administrative control of Ministry of Coal. The Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 has its registered office at Coal Estate, Civil Lines, Nagpur–440001. WCL has been conferred "Miniratna" status on 15th March'2007. The Company has contributed about 7.02% of the national coal production during 2015-16.

National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) has been set up under the National Health Mission (NHM) as an autonomous registered society, to channelize technical assistance and capacity building support to the states for strengthening the public health system. The NHSRC is also mandated to contribute towards National strategic health planning and programme design. Work at the NHSRC is organised around eight divisions, namely – Community Processes, Quality Improvement, Public Health Planning, Public Health Administration, Healthcare Financing & Healthcare Technology, HMIS and Human Resources for Health.
