It has been always International Regulatory concern on Role and Responsibility of Pharmaceutical Higher Management in  this review article we have taken some of the concern and how responsible  leadership should ensure the support and commitment of staff at all levels and sites within the organization to the Pharmaceutical Quality System ,management review , Quality committee and to make a platform for leadership engagement, awareness and decision making around quality and process performance. Implement new controls as per GMP Guidelines to check impact and management tool for identification and reduction of human Errors in pharmaceuticals Industry.

ICAR-Directorate of Medicinal Aromatic Plants Research (ICAR-DMAPR)  is located on Ahmedabad-Mumbai rail route. The centre is 7 km away from Anand Railway station on Anand-Ahmedabad state highway towards Nadiad. Anand is well connected to all parts of the country by road, rail and Air. The nearby airports are at Vadodara (45 km) and Ahmedabad (65 km).  The Indian Council of Agricultural Research established Directorate of Medicinal & Aromatic Plants Research (formerly it was National Research Centre for Medicinal & Aromatic Plants) on November 24, 1992 in a 20.2 hectare irrigated land at Boriavi in Anand district of Gujarat.

The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (NIPER) is an Institute of National importance established by an Act of Parliament under the aegis of Department of Pharmaceuticals,Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India.
