First class post graduate degree, including the integrated PG degree, with 3 years experience. Second class post graduate degree, including the integrated PG degrees with Ph.D.

Masters degree in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology/ Life science/Biomedical Sciences/Bio-Engineering passed with minimum 55% marks.

Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences/ Post Graduate degree in the professional course selected through a process described through National Eligibility Test- CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship and GATE.

M.Sc. in Botany/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology with Research Experience OR Doctoral Degree in Botany/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology 

Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences / Biology or an associated field, possesses National Eligibility Tests- CSIR UGC NET including Lectureship and GATE certificate or qualified National Level examination conducted by Central Government departments/agencies /institutions

Candidates having M.Sc. / M. Tech / M. Pharm. / M.V.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences or allied subjects (Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Virology / Bioinformatics / Computational Biology / Microbiology, etc.)

M.V.S Pharmacology, M.Pharm, M.S. (Pharmacology) / M. Pharma (Ay.)/ M.Sc, (Medicinal Plants with specialization in Pharmacology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology with 02 years experience)

Master degree in relevant subject Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Life science with 4 years or 5 years of Bachelors Degree.

M.Sc. in Medical Biotechnology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry, or M.Pharm. in Pharmacology. The candidate should have qualified for any National Level Examination.
