Candidates must possess M.Pharmacy from a recognized University / Institution with Pharmacological studies on the probable mechanism of action of Modified Dawa-ul-Misk Motadil in the management of cardiovascular diseases, involving formulation optimization of this ancient Unani preparation.

Formulation Analytical Development using HPLC, GC PSD, Dissolution, and Potentiometry. Result Analysis and Data Interpretation using analytical instruments.

SMART Fellowships are intended to promote collaboration among researchers in ICGEB Member Countries. Mobility support to laboratories located in Italy, India and South Africa can be considered under exceptional circumstances and only if the research activity proposed is not covered by one of the ICGEB laboratories in Trieste, New Delhi or Cape Town.

Master’s Degree in Life Sciences ; Doctoral Degree in Science from a recognised university or equivalent in Stem cell biology, Developmental biology, Cell biology, and / or Molecular Biology.
