The Indian Institute of Science Education & Research (IISER) Mohali was established in 2007 by the Government of India, through the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), to carry out research in frontier areas of science and to provide quality science education at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The foundation stone was laid on 27^th September 2006 by the Prime Minister of India. The first Director Prof.N Sathyamurthy joined on 18^th June 2007. Classes for the first MS (Int) batch began on 16^th August 2007. The transit campus was inaugurated on 13^th Nov. 2007.

IISER-Mohali (Department of Biological Sciences) desires to engage PROJECT Senior Research Fellow on purely temporary basis on contract under the SERB (DST) sponsored research project at IISER-Mohali.

Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU), is the first Pharmacy University of India, established by an Act 7 of 2008 of State Legislature of Delhi as a State University vide Notification No. F. 2(412)/2008/SB/Vol. II/71 dated 21.01.2010 and is empowered to award degrees as specified by the UGC under section 22 of the UGC Act 1956 through its own departments and constituent colleges in regular mode vide notification No. F.9-19/2015/(CPP-I/PU) dated 22nd September 2015. Delhi Government legislation on 17th October, 2008 (Delhi Act 07 of 2008) and made functional from by notification on 24th July, 2015. The University is situated in the University campus besides the old block.

Applications are invited from Indian citizens in the given format for interview for one post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University, Delhi under Industry sponsored research project.

The Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow is one of  the youngest central universities in the country. The jurisdiction of this residential University is over the entire state of Uttar Pradesh. The campus Vidya Vihar is located off Rae Bareli Road, about 10 kms south of the Charbagh Railway Station, Lucknow. The objects of the University IS to promote advanced knowledge by providing instructional and research facilities in such branches of learning as it may deem fit.

The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur was established in the year 1960. The Parliament of India passed the ‘Institutes of Technology Act 1961’ declaring all the IITs as “Institutions of National Importance”. The Parliamentary Act has given absolute autonomy to the IITs. When the foundation stone of the IIT system was laid, it was perceived that taking help from the industrially advanced western countries might be lot more effective in achieving the status of a world class technical institute. Hence, IIT Kanpur had a massive collaboration with USA through a specially created programme- KIAP (Kanpur Indo American Programme).

National Institute of Plant Genome Research, New Delhi is an Autonomous Research Institution funded by Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India, to pursue research on various aspects of plant genomics. The Institute is also in the process of establishing a NIPGR Translational Centre at Biotech Science Cluster, NCR, Faridabad. It started academic activity started in August 2015 in the spacious transit campus located at Sri Rama Engineering College, Rami Reddy Nagar, Karkambadi Road, Tirupati.

NATIONAL BRAIN RESEARCH CENTRE (NBRC), Manesar-122052, Gurgaon, requires one Research Associate (Project) in Prof. Neeraj Jain’s Laboratory for a project funded by Department of Biotechnology.

ICAR - NIASM, an unique institute of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), was established in 2009 at Malegaon Khurd, Baramati. The institute aims at exploring the avenues for management of abiotic stresses affecting the very sustainability of national food production systems. It specifically addresses the aberration induced stresses due to atmospheric, water and edaphic factors, which are estimated to cause 50 per cent losses in crop productivity. Since these stresses are predicted to amplify due to climate change and land degradation, the primary task for the institute is to evolve alleviation techniques through advances in frontier science research. The institute is being structured to enhance capacity of scientists and policy makers mainly by imparting  knowledge and by providing the state-of-art  facilities for multidisciplinary and multi-commodity research.
