    The CIFF and microfluidics facility is a core facility for scientists of the Bangalore Life Sciences Cluster (BLiSc) that includes inStem and the National Centre for Biological Science (NCBS) and the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms which share a campus and research facilities. The facility comprises laboratories situated within the BLiSc campus. It provides services and training to a range of users. This position involves management and coordination of operations of this facility. The head of the facility is expected to lead a team of staff whose work includes instrument maintenance, user training, providing technical input into user experiments/work and the development of new techniques for experiments using a range of light microscopy technologies.
