Job Description
• Process individual case safety reports (ICSRs) with accuracy & compliance
• Identify serious adverse events & special scenarios
• Duplicate search, coding (MedDRA, products). & narrative writing
• Perform quality reviews & follow-ups
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and data integrity
• End-to-End case processing & quality activities

Candidate Profile
• Qualified healthcare professional
• Minimum 2 to 4 years PVICSR experience with LSMV Safety Database (Mandatory)
• Strong ICH & GVP knowledge
• Ready to relocate
• No career gaps
• Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
• Good medical terminology knowledge
• Fluent English communication
