Recruitment for Pharmacists (03 posts) at District Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society

Eligible candidates are invited to apply for the following vacant posts on contract basis under various programs implemented in the district under National Health Mission as well as for District Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society, Nagpur.

Post : Pharmacist (RBSK & NVHCP)

No of Posts : 03 (ST-1, Open-2)

Qualification : Must have minimum qualification 10 + 2 Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from the Board.
Must be registered with Pharmacy Accredited School and Pharmacy Council or Certificate of Diploma in Pharmacy Maharashtra State Education Technical Board Registration with Pharmacy Council. 2 years experience candidates preference first.

Age Limit : Maximum age limit for backward class is 43 years and maximum age limit for open category is 38 years.

Salary : Rs 17,000/- pm

Terms and Conditions
1. All the above posts are of pure contract nature and their tenure is dt. Remains till 31/03/2022. This period is likely to be extended but the post will not have the right to permanence.
2. These posts are not regular posts of the State Government but are merely contractual posts. Therefore, the applicant will not have the right to be accommodated in the regular service of the government or to be protected by the government or to make a claim in this regard.
3. The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the post concerned and no criminal case should be filed against the applicant.
4. The salary for all the above posts is a combined honorarium.
5. The number of vacancies, place and honorarium may change.
6. Preference will be given to those with experience and higher educational qualifications.
7. On the day of advertisement, the maximum age limit for the post will be 38 years for open category, 43 years for backward class and 70 years for MBBS, specialists and specialists and 65 years for patient service related posts.
8. Since the selection process for the above post is being conducted through direct interview, the application should be submitted to this office along with the true copy of the original academic document in the prescribed application form along with the date mentioned in the advertisement. Applications received thereafter will not be accepted.
9. Eligible, ineligible list will be published on the notice board in the office and on the website of the office on the date of publication after registration for the relevant post. If there is any objection in this regard, it will be resolved from 10 am to 5 am as mentioned above, after which the objection received will not be considered.
10. The applicant cannot be asked to change the place of appointment as per convenience.

11. It is mandatory to attach registration certificate from the same council for the above post. Otherwise candidates will be disqualified for interview.
12. Asha volunteers who have completed ANM / GNM course will not be subject to age condition in ANM / GNM recruitment and will be given preference in recruitment.
13. Candidate should not apply if working in more than one place. It should be noted that if any such matter comes to the notice of the office after selection, the appointment will be canceled immediately.
14. No travel allowance or any other allowance will be payable to the candidates present for the interview.
15. Considering the number of registered candidates for the post published in the advertisement, 1: 5 Cut & Off will be applied for the interview as under.
A) 70% of final year marks
B) 10 marks for postgraduate degree and 5 marks for postgraduate diploma will be given extra but the aggregate sum will not be more than 70%.
C) Candidate will be given 4 marks for every 1 year and maximum 20 marks according to Government, Semi-Government Adopted Institution and National Health Mission.
D) A total of 100 marks out of 10 marks will be given for subject matter expert Skill Assessment Protocol and interview.
E) For the posts for which Skill Assessment Protocol is not applicable, total marks will be given as per A and C. Also, the posts where Skill Assessment Protocol is applicable will be graded according to Skill Assessment Protocol.
16. In case of change in the reservation as per the points list of the Assistant Commissioner, the candidates will be reduced without any prior notice.
17. Eligible candidates in the open category who have been selected from the waiting list for a period of 11 months will be given temporary appointment in view of the requirement of filling up the vacancy if the required number of reserved category candidates is not available through the following process.
18. The age limit for retired government officers will be 65 years and experience will be preferred. Employees who have retired from the post of Class-3 and Class-4 to apply for the contract post. Disqualified by Government Resolution dated 17/12/2016.
19. Honorarium to Retired Candidates Narrow - 2715 / sq. / 100/13 Will be paid as per 17/12/2016. (Excluding group C and group D)
20. No departmental inquiry proceedings should be initiated or proposed against the retired officer / employee or there should be no criminal case in any way.

21. The age limit for medical officers (MBBS), specialists and specialists will be 70 years and for other posts related to patient care (eg nurse, superintendent, technician, counselor, pharmaceutical officer) the age limit will be 65 years. The age limit of 5 years will be relaxed for employees working under National Health Mission.
22. For backward class candidates Rs. 100 / - and for open category candidate Rs. 150 / - of Bank of Maharashtra District Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society, Nagpur Account no. 60356447978, pay by RTGS / NEFT on IFSC Code MAHB0001321 and be attached with the receipt form or Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank in the name of District Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society, Nagpur.
23. The entire selection process will be conducted in a transparent manner based on merit.
24. All rights to suspend / cancel the recruitment process / make changes in the recruitment process. Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Selection Committee, Nagpur level is reserved. No claim can be made in this regard.
