Post : Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical)
Project : "CardioWatch-India: Safeguarding Young Hearts Through Early Multi-Biomarker Precision Diagnostics for Myocardial Infarction and Cardiovascular Disease”.
Investigators : Arockiasamy Arulandu, Ranjan Nanda and Anmol Chandele.
Collaborating Institutions : AIIMS-New Delhi, Govt. Rajaji Hospital-Madurai, Velammal Medical College Hospital and Research Institute-Madurai, and Madurai Kamaraj University- Madurai.
Project Duration : 2 years. The appointment will initially be for 3–6 months and will be extended based on performance
Emoluments as per ICMR : Rs.56000 Rs + 30% HRA=₹ 72,800/month
Qualifications : MSc and/or PhD in Life Sciences or Chemistry or a related discipline.
Prior experience required : • Proven expertise in clinical sample preparation for high-resolution LC–MS workflows
• Hands-on experience/expertise in processing, analysis, and biological interpretation of untargeted metabolomics and lipidomic datasets using proprietary and freely available software tools such as MetaboAnalyst, MS-DIAL, LipidXplorer, OpenMS and or related platforms.
• Individuals with additional ICP-MS data acquisition and analysis capability will be preferred but not mandatory.
