B.Pharm, Pharm.D Job as Aarogya Mithra at YSR Net work Hospitals - 09 posts

The Chief Executive Officer, Dr.YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, Govt., of Andhra Pradesh have issued orders to recruit Aarogya Mitras on outsourcing Basis at YSR Net work Hospitals in Prakasam District with the consolidated pay per month as mentioned below against each post.

Post : Aarogya Mithra

No of posts : 09 (OC PH-2, OC W-1, BC-B G-1, BCB W-1, BCD W-1, SC W-1, ST W-2)
Pay Salary : 12,000/-
Qualifications : (a) Qualifications:- B.Sc.Nursing/ M.Sc.Nursing/B.Pharmacy/Pharmacy D/ B.Sc.,Medical Lab Technology with good academic record.
(b) Skills:-
i. Excellent communication skills.
ii. Should read, speak, and write Telugu and English
iii. Should have computer knowledge and efficient in MS Office.
iv. Shall have basic understanding of Medical /Surgical specialties, and Hospitals administration.
Method of recruitment : Outsourcing

NOTE : The notified posts will be increased or decreased as per the instructions of the Govt./District Selection Committee and roaster points accordingly, at a later date.

Age : OC candidate should not have completed 42 years as on 01.06.2021 (Should not have been born before 01.06.1979). Age Relaxation is applicable to the categories as detailed below :
SC/ST and BC’s : 5 Years
P.H. : 10 years
Ex-servicemen : Shall be allowed to deduct from his/her age a period of 3 years in addition of 3 years to the length of service rendered by her in the armed forces.
Reservation : Rule of Reservation will apply as per AP State Govt. Rules in force.
Selection Process : Purely on Merit and following the Rule of Reservation.

SELECTION PROCESS
Academic Qualification : 65 Marks
Computer Skill through a test at 1:5(Category wise) : 15 Marks
Interview(Subject) at 1:2 : 20 Marks

Submission of Applications :
The filled in applications shall be submitted manually or by Register Post on or before 25.06.2021 by 5 PM to the District Co-Ordinator, Dr.YSRAHCT, Opp:Prakasam Bhavan, Old RIMS, Ongole, except on public holidays.

Enclosure of certificates to the application
1. SSC or Equivalent examination marks memo.
2. Intermediate (OR) 10+2 examination/Degree marks memos.
3. Qualifying examination pass certificate.
4. Marks memos of all the years of qualifying examination.
5. Registration and renewal certificates of respective councils.
6. Internship certificates if applicable.
7. Latest caste certificate issued by Tahsildar/MRO concerned.
8. Study certificates for the years IV to X class. In case of private study residence certificate from the Tahsildar/MRO concerned (for the IV to X class study period).
9. Physically handicapped certificate(Issued by SADERAM)
The candidate shall produce original documents post declaration of draft merit list in prescribed time and venue which shall be announced in the notice board/district website.
