Research Scientist - IPR
• Preparation of literature search reports and patent infringement analysis of the formulation strategies received from FnD team and third party APIs for different geographies.
• Assistance in providing prior art searches for invalidation of patents.
• Assistance in patentability evaluation of the inventions.
• Assistance in drafting, filing and prosecution of the patent applications in different geographies.
• Assistance in providing regulatory support on IP related FDA queries.
• Assistance in providing litigation support.
Experience range (Years) : 3 years - 6 years

Research Scientist - ADL (IND Market)
• Literature survey for assigned projects.
• Analysis of innovator samples as and when provided.
• Analysis of development batches.
• Analysis of stability batches.
• Writing of experiments online in Laboratory Notebooks (LNB) with all details.
• Processing of raw data and calculations after completion of each analysis.
• Analytical method development of drug products.
• Analytical method verifications for drug substances.
• Preparation of Specifications-STP for Raw materials and finished products.
Experience range (Years) : 3 years - 6 years

QC Staff
Sample Analysis
• Test raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, stability samples, and validation batches.
• Use analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, and microscopy.
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate records of all testing and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Record sample receipt and entry in registers.
Investigations
• Conduct laboratory investigations for OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), deviations, and incidents.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Equipment Handling
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Ensure instruments are qualified and validated before use.
Continuous Improvement
* Recommend improvements in testing methods and processes.
* Participate in audits and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives
