All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bhopal invites applications from eligible candidates for the following purely contractual positions to support health services under the Disaster Management Cell, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India for Bharat Health Initiative for Sahyog, Hita and Maitri (BHISHM). The engagement will be on a purely contractual basis and subject to the terms and conditions of AIIMS Bhopal.

A. Essential :
• B.Sc Nursing or B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized university
• Registered with Indian Nursing council or Pharmacist Council of India with 2 years of experience post qualification
B. Desirable :
• Working knowledge of computer applications
Age Limit : Up to 40 years
Pay (in Indian Rupees) : Rs. 40,000/-Per Month

Job Description :
• Dispensing medications as per treatment protocols
• Maintenance of accurate and updated drug inventory within BHISHM Cubes (Bharat Health Initiative for Sahyog, Hita, Maitri)
• Record keeping of pharmacy-related activities, including dispensing and stock movement
• Assistance in procurement, replenishment, and management of essential drugs and medical supplies
• Compliance with pharmacy regulations, institutional policies, and quality standards.
• Assisting in laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures.
• Collection, labelling, preparation, storage, handling, and disposal of biological samples.
• Maintenance of records related to laboratory tests, diagnostic procedures, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist with data entry, documentation, and basic analysis related to patient care and diagnostics.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support effective functioning of the BHISHM Cube.
• Provide support in maintenance, deployment, operation, and demobilisation of BHISHM Cubes (Bharat Health Initiative for Sahyog, Hita, Maitri), in alignment with institute-specific SOPs.
• Any other duties as assigned by the competent authority

General Terms & Conditions :
1. The above posts are purely contractual basis initially for a period of 1 year.
2. The contract may be extended or terminated based on performance and project requirements (till the duration of the project).
3. No claim for a regular appointment will be entertained.
4. Age limit and other eligibility criteria will be as per the Government of India / AIIMS norms.
5. AIIMS Bhopal reserves the right to cancel or modify the advertisement without prior notice.
6. Candidates must produce original documents at the time of interview/document verification with a hard copy of the application.

Mode of Selection
• Selection will be based on interview/skill test as decided by the Selection Committee or Competent Authority. However, a written test may be conducted prior to the interview if the number of eligible candidates exceeds 30 for the particular post.

General Instructions
1. It is the candidates’ responsibility to ascertain and ensure their eligibility as per the prescribed qualification and experience. If any declaration given or information furnished by him/her proves false or if he/she is found to have willfully suppressed any material or information, he/she will be liable for removal from service and also such other action as the Government may deem necessary. Even after qualifying in the selection process, the candidate may be rendered disqualified at the time of document verification if he/she does not fulfil essential eligibility criteria.
2. Tenure: The assignments are purely on a contract basis for one year. These appointments shall not vest any right to claim by the candidate for regular appointment or permanent absorption in AIIMS, Bhopal or continued contractual appointment.
3. Expiry of Contract: The contract will automatically expire on completion of the contract period or earlier in case of withdrawal of support by the funding agency. The contractual engagement can be terminated at any time by either side by giving 30 days’ notice or salary in lieu thereof. The engagement may be terminated forthwith without any salary in case of repeated disorderly conduct.
4. Leave: The contractual appointee for the project shall be entitled for maximum of 12 leaves in a year. No leave shall be carried forward, and no payment shall be made for unused leave. The appointee will be eligible for leave on a prorata basis. Not more than 2 days' leave can be taken in one go.
5. Accommodation: No hostel or any other accommodation shall be provided by the institute. 6. Age and all other prescribed qualifications will be counted as on date of publication of advertisement.
7. The period of experience, wherever prescribed shall be counted after obtaining the prescribed qualifications. For posts having experience as an Essential Criteria, the experience which has been acquired only after obtaining Essential Qualification, will considered as valid.
8. The Applicant should not have been convicted by any court of law.
9. Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.
10. The prescribed qualification is a minimum, and merely possessing the same does not entitle any candidate for selection.

11. The appointment is full-time and private practice of any type is prohibited.
12. He/she is expected to conform to the rules of conduct and discipline as applicable to the institute employees.
13. The appointee shall not be entitled to any benefit like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Attendance, Seniority, Promotion etc. or any other benefits.
14. The appointment can be terminated by the Competent Authority any time, without assigning any reason thereof.
15. The decision of the competent authority regarding the selection of the candidate shall be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard.
16. The competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving notice.
17. Interview will be held at AIIMS Bhopal. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reschedule the date of Interview, time and venue at any stage. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the same.
